Overall, This is a good, clean, quiet hotel with good service and very easy access to the centre of Lisbon. Front desk staff are helpful in advising about what to see and do, but less so with regard to restaurants. There is a direct connection to an un-affiliated restaurant facing the main square. The breakfast buffet is good. But, be aware that this restaurant is un-heated and cold in late fall and winter.

Hotel with modern look & feel. My room on 3rd floor was a good size, tastefully decorated with a large well-appointed bathroom. The staff were all friendly & helpful, I didn't take breakfast, so can't comment on that. The street where the reception of the hotel is located runs parallel to Rossio Sq (where the Cafe Nicola is situated) is a little off putting at 1st sight, with some closed down shopfronts, but has quite a bit of foot traffic, so safe.

A really great location near the Rossio train station. The hotel is remodeled, and the breakfast is very nice. The room was small but very clean and efficient. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

Hotel right on Rossio square, easy walk from metro. Tiny room but really comfortable bed and excellent pillows! Sound proofing amazing - not a sound from square when windows closed. Right in the heart of Lisbon. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent staff who helped arrange our tour of the Pena Castle. Breakfast was wonderful and walkable area. A bit noisy at night but worth it being able to stay in central Old town Lisbon.

I loved the nicola rossio hotel it was beautiful amd very comfortable and contemporary and right in the heart of downtown lisbon which mad it super easy to access wherever we needed to go there was also so many transport options so close bye so we were able to use a tram, bus and train aswell as scooter to get to places closes enough but too far to walk. The room was small but very comfortable and had all the modern amenities that we needed my only issue was my pillow was very uncomfortable but that was more due to me having a sore back then anything else, my favourite thing by far though was the staff whe were all very lovely and welcomed us with a portuguese tart and a glass of port which was so delightful after travelling from Australia. We would definitely stay here again in a hearbeat if we are ever in lisbon again
