Hotel di , Lisbon

Very nice Lisbon apartment. Full one bedroom with king sized bed with a full pull out couch in living room. Nicely re-done unit. Kitchen and bathroom were very functional. Airconditioning in bedroom. Unit was large and comfortable for 3 people. Only issues are related to location. Unit is a 100 yard walk up a somewhat steep hill. It’s also a 12-15 min walk into heart of city with lots of hills bit that is most of Lisbon. Ubers are inexpensive all over town but meeting point is at the bottom of the hill. There are restaurants in close proximity including Sacco which is right around the corner and should be on your list of places to dine if you are staying in this neighborhood. This place was good value and would recommend if you’re looking for local neighborhood just outside of central tourist areas.

La habitación es amplia pero no es cómoda. Al estar ubicada la cama que es redonda en semicírculo pegada al ventanal, sólo tenía una mesita del lado izquierdo, del lado derecho duermes pegada a las cortinas, no hay espacio entre la cama y la pared. La cama tampoco tiene cabezal por lo que continuamente se caían las almohadas hacia atrás. Se hecha en falta cajones, el armario tampoco es cómodo. Lo que sí es cómodo es la zona del baño, separados entre si el wáter y la ducha, que es amplia y además como cortesía tienes gel, shampoo y suavizante, además de crema corporal, todo de buena calidad. Simplemente es un hotel diferente, con el lema del baño; el personal del mostrador te reciben en albornoz, es curioso y el desayuno realmente bueno, de calidad y la atención del personal es excelente.

BEWARE: rats, incompetence and insecurity Let me start by saying: I have been to many hotels, campsites, hostels, etc. throughout Europe, but what happened goes beyond all limits of hygiene, personal safety and common sense. When we returned to the room at 11.30pm we noticed the presence of a RAT. We mentioned this to the staff at reception and they told us that he was doing NOTHING and that he was going home. He contacted his manager who told us to go to another facility. By now it was 00:00 on a Saturday in August, the hotels were either full or the check-ins were closed therefore he literally left us in the middle of the ROAD without worrying about our SAFETY and not answering the telephone provided on Booking. The area is quite SAD, plus the entrance door must always be left open with people of dubious recommendation passing through. Plus the hygiene is overall poor, there is a strong smell coming from the stairs and after what happened they made this the WORST experience of MY LIFE in an accommodation facility. ATTENZIONE: topi, incompetenza e insicurezza Premetto: sono stato in moltissimi hotel, campeggi, ostelli, ecc di tutta Europa, ma quanto successo va oltre ogni limite di igene, sicurezza personale e buonsenso. Rientrati nella stanza alle 23:30 ci accorgiamo della presenza di un RATTO. Lo abbiamo fatto presente al personale in reception e ci ha detto che lui non faceva NIENTE e che se ne sarebbe andato a casa. Ha contattao il suo responsabile che ci ha detto di andarcene in un'altra struttura. Ormai era 00:00 di un sabato di Agosto, gli hotel o erano pieni o i check-in chiusi pertanto ci ha letteralmente lasciato in mezzo alla STRADA senza preoccuparci della nostra SICUREZZA e non rispondendo al telefono fornito su Booking. La zona è abbastanza MALFAMATA, in piu il portone di ingresso va lasciato sempre aperto con passaggio di persone di dubbia raccomandazione. In più l'igene è complessivamente scarsa, c'è forte odore proveniente dalle scale e dopo quanto successo hanno reso questa l'esperienza PEGGIORE DELLA MIA VITA in una struttura ricettiva.

The location was perfect. It is a calm and nice area with restaurants and mini supermarkets around it. I felt safe and cozy to stay there. The metro green line as you can find from Google maps is just near and there is also a bus stop as well which makes it really convenient to go anywhere. The common area and the room were both clean and seemed clean. The bathroom has body wash as well which was nice. When you check in you get a magnetic card that allows you access inside the hostel, into your room and that also keeps your locker under your bunker bed safe and closed. The people at the reception were always nice and kind and fyi you can have breakfast (toast, coffee, juice, croissant, cheese, etc..) for 4€ which can be very convenient.

部屋は近代的で清潔感があり、とても快適でした！ 部屋には直接USBを差し込める部分が複数箇所あり、変換プラグを必要とせずスマホやモバイル充電器の充電が出来たので、とても便利でした。 また近くの駅やスーパーマーケットまで徒歩2分、アルファマ地区やロシオ広場まで徒歩25分程と、アクセスも良好です。空港まではタクシーで15分ほどでした。 6泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ありがとうございます！
