Kami mempunyai daftar masuk yang cepat dan profesional tetapi kami memutuskan untuk membayar sedikit tambahan untuk mendapatkan bilik dengan pemandangan dok lama. Bilik dan terutamanya katil adalah sangat selesa. Salah satu sebab mengapa kami memilih hotel ini adalah kerana tempat letak kereta yang percuma dan selamat. Ia juga berhampiran dengan Albert Dock. Makanan dan minuman disediakan di hotel tetapi kami memilih untuk makan di restoran di seberang jalan. Secara keseluruhannya, penginapan yang sangat menyenangkan dan saya pasti akan mengesyorkan hotel ini

We booked a two night stay in a Liverpool city centre hotel but we’re transferred to this sister hotel because of problems with the original hotel. The staff at Sefton Park could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We had a complimentary drink on arrival, they added breakfast and paid for a couple of taxi trips into town for the inconvenience. The hotel is in a lovely setting in Sefton Park and is clean and nicely decorated. We have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

We stayed for one night between Christmas and new year in a 4 bed ensuite room. The facilities were very clean and of a good standard - the beds were really hard but that's personal a preference thing. The staff were very welcoming and were able to give us lots of tips on things to do and places to eat - The Big Bowl restaurant was a real hit. We had breakfast in the morning which was brilliant. It's a great location - right near the Albert Docks and walking distance of all city centre attractions so we didn't have to use the car once we were there and would be perfect if travelling by public transport. Would highly recommend and would certainly go back.

Great location where you can easily access the city centre and interesting sites. Good view. However, the room was too small for a double room. Not enough space to move around for two. Bathroom was okay but floods when you take a shower. Bed linens were not changed even though the room was cleaned and sheets were obviously dirty.
