Royal Albert Dock Liverpool
CCindylikeIt is a very wonderful tourist attractions with much to see around like exhibits!
The Beatles Story Exhibition/Museum
西西凉羊倌Nice exhibition, I used to know only the song, now I know the story. Chinese introduction, very good, I don't know many details, I found the answer here, it is worth going to the bar again, and then comparing it with here, it is very interesting.
Liverpool Guild of Students
小小思文Liverpool University Town is a very long castle building, the design of the university town is very simple, here can see quite a lot of things oh, Liverpool is also a very important building, the whole structure of the university town is very eye-catching. [View] The scenery is very special [Fun] Very interesting
Liverpool Cathedral
YYushanshanThe exterior of this church is unremarkable. After entering it, it will really be amazing. It feels very beautiful as soon as you enter. It is super big. It is recommended to come on Sunday. There will be a choir every Sunday. You can pray with the locals and feel the atmosphere.
World Museum
1138***76This museum did not understand at the beginning. It was his son who insisted on going. It rained and took a taxi. It was indeed full of harvests. The gods in it returned to the special exhibition. They were all ancient Roman artifacts. They were statues from Zeus to the next in ancient Greece. You can see the complete Venus. There is also the cool Athena 😄 background music is the ancient Roman era people held banquets, and for this reason, they also specially created a god. There is a painting by Zhang Rubens Studio that is teasing. You can take a closer look. The ancient Egyptian pavilion of the museum makes my son full of praise. Compared with the British Museum's cloth exhibition, it is reasonably arranged, clearly described and clearly displayed! In my layman's eyes, anyway, it is not crowded in the British Museum, and I don't see much. I only know when I come to Liverpool. The study of ancient Egyptian civilization here is not lost to the British Museum! If you have interested friends, you can come and have a good look. The World Museum is indeed worthy of its name. It has a cultural relics exhibition hall around the world. It is the first time to see Eskimo related! From clothes to supplies, it is an eye-opener. There are also Mayans, Indians, and not to the Americas, and they have also seen it. The African part is displayed according to the national area, and the exhibits are very rich. There is also a reflection on colonial Africa in the year, and the conscience of cultural people is mentioned. The aquarium is very fun. Some are local characteristics of Liverpool, which are different from the Pacific Ocean we are familiar with. This museum is a good place to take the baby, many children play in it, the space inside is large, and they are not too worried about encountering it. The staff was very helpful 👍 when we left, called Uber, because the museum door did not allow parking, and it rained heavily outside, so we consulted the location of the road near the staff. He specially took out a nearby map for us and introduced the situation in detail. Thanks 🙏 In fact, next to the museum is St. John's Garden. Unfortunately, it rained heavily and there was no chance to walk. Going further, you can see the Shankly Hotel. The son said that this should be a must-check place for Liverpool fans.
ACC Liverpool
TTodemmyArena and Convention Centre Liverpool Great center! Very modern streamlined building, full of beauty, it is worth visiting, the Ferris wheel adds to the fun of this modern building ~ Because I live in a nearby hotel, I often pass by, a great place ~
Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral
SSheda11Lovely colours on the stained glass in the sunshine . Nice service in the crypt. Sadly the shop was closed .
St George's Hall
SSheda11The hall is closed for renovations. This is not explained to bookers of the Whisperer tour on which as at March only comprises the cells and courts, with an overloud background commentary which often drowns out the guide.
Maritime Museum
SSheda11I came to the museum mainly for the Titanic exhibition as I find Titanic fascinating - it did not disappoint! Very informative and follows the journey of the ship being built, the voyage, people on board, the events as they unfurled, the aftermath and items on show since finding the wreckage. I loved reading the stories about individual people and families on board (even brought a tear to my, especially the letter a child had written for her father) and reading the telegrams sent and received by Carpathia.
