Our stay at this hotel was met by an appalling level of rudeness from the manager/receptionist, leaving a stain on our overall experience. From the moment we checked in, it was abundantly clear that hospitality was not a priority for the management. The manager's attitude was not just unprofessional but downright hostile, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that permeated our entire stay. Upon arrival we were not greeted by a warm welcome but rather a hostile “what are you doing here” from the manager/receptionist. She also argued with us about the amount of people (15) that we had booked for, despite us paying for this and fully booking four rooms to accommodate us all. We were then harassed daily with rude voice notes whilst out in the day to pay a cash deposit despite there being no mention of this at all on the booking. Every time we arrived home after skiing the manager/receptionist would shout at us to be quiet. We also asked the manager/receptionist if we could store our bags for a few hours on the last day before our flight and she point blank refused saying “she only works a few hours a day”. After some convincing (whereby she was extremely argumentative) she finally let us leave our bags in the huge garage of the residence. I believe the manager/receptionist’s name is Victoria. We have never received such awful customer service from anyone like this before, she should be ashamed. I would strongly advise prospective guests to look elsewhere and avoid this residence. Not only is the customer service awful but the residence itself is extremely old and outdated.
Hotel Concordia

This is our third time at Concordia and we love it. The rooms have just been redone and look amazing. The staff is incredible and the hospitality is unrivalled. The pool, sauna, and of course the cocktail bar is always the best place to unwind. We can highly recommend this to anyone looking for all round quality. We will be back.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questa struttura e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti La prima cosa che abbiamo notato è stata l'accoglienza, la disponibilità è la simpatia dello staff. A partire dalla ragazza Alda alla reception, al gestore Walter e al maitre Vincenzo ed al cameriere di cui non ricordo il nome. Sempre pronto a cercare di soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta Inoltre visto che sono arrivato il giorno del mio compleanno mi è stato regalato un buono sconto per pranzare in un ristorante in centro. La camera con balcone al secondo piano con bagno spazioso. Pulizia perfetta, cambio asciugamani, anche se non richiesto, giornaliero. Parcheggio privato Colazione a buffet abbondante e prodotti ottimi. Cena ogni sera variabile, quasi alla carta, con buffet di antipasti a cui era impossibile sottrarsi. Insomma un'esperienza più che positiva da ripetere sicuramente Peccato che è durata poco

Location is close to perfect as to the town, not so perfect as to the skiing. 500 m walk in ski boots (no snow on the road 1km round trip) to the closest up to the top lift was not something we were looking for every day. The hotel has really helpful, polite and professional staff dealing F2F with guests (front desk and restaurant). Not so good with the cleaning crew. For example dusting was non-existent. Our assumption was that the relatively thick layer of dust on a night stand lower shelf was quite old. The room itself was run down quite a bit. Far from **** , *** at the very best. The online impression was, when ordering the room, that the only difference in between the three or so price levels Is the room size. The rumour has it that the more expensive rooms were recently refurbished. I wish we knew, if that’s the case. Also, some of the hotel business practices were quite disgusting. For example, we have ordered online breakfast only thinking, that we would be having dinners in different places in town. Nevertheless, the town turned out to be quite small and the restaurant selection wasn't to our taste. So we have decided the first evening of our stay to have half board (HB) from the second day on. No issues at the front desk, done and dusted, right? The real surprise came when paying our final bill when leaving. The online price for HB was EUR 19 pp per day. But the final price was EUR 30 pp par day only because we have ordered HB at the hotel. And not on line. Really unacceptable business practice in my book. This is the very top reason why we will never come back. Overall it was also in our own experience definitely not **** but solid *** star hotel. And it is really a pity because otherwise… Wellness is absolutely beautiful and well thought out 10/10 Kids/adults play room great 👍🏻 Kids ”cave” with a slide great as well 👍🏻 Food presentation 10/10, Front desk 10/10, Kitchen 9/10, Restaurant staff 10/10

Recently returned from a 6 night stay at the Hotel Posta in Livigno. Would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable (we had two family rooms on the 2 floor). We opted for the half board option, which was great after skiing. Good choices (including catering for gluten free) and large portions! The children loved the freshly cooked eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast and also the salad buffet in the evening. Great location, we hope to return in the future.
Hotel B&B Bondi

Schöne und grosse Zimmer, freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Auch nach meinem Unfall mit dem Bike wurde mir super geholfen, Hilfe bei Arztsuche und ein paar Krücken wurden aus dem Keller geholt zur Überbrückung bis auf der Notfallstation ein Röntgen durchgeführt werden konnte. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig und schön gelegen. Parkplätze sind leider fast keine Vorhanden, da muss der grosse öffentliche in ca. 300m Entfernung benutzt werden. Wir haben unseren nächsten Aufenthalt schon wieder gebucht und sind auf die neue Wellness-Oase gespannt.
