Hotel ini adalah menara nombor 8 yang kelihatan seperti sebuah pangsapuri dahulu. Sangat mewah, dengan banyak lif dan kakitangan penyambut tetamu yang mesra di lobi. Kami mempunyai sebahagian pemandangan menara jam yang bagus. Mereka menawarkan bufet sarapan pagi yang enak, restoran dan pilihan tempat makan di dalam bilik, namun, masa menunggu untuk telur dan penkek terlalu lama. Hotel ini juga menawarkan perkhidmatan ulang-alik, 5-10 minit menunggu dan yang boleh menjadi gila semasa waktu sibuk. Orang ramai berpusu-pusu untuk menjadi setiap orang untuk dirinya sendiri seperti yang anda akan lihat di negara dunia ketiga. Perkhidmatan ulang-alik adalah 10-15 minit ke Masjidil Haram dan kira-kira 20 minit berjalan kaki ke masjidil haram. Saya lebih suka untuk berada lebih dekat dengan masjid lain kali dan dalam jarak 5 -10 minit berjalan kaki kerana untuk solat di masjid memerlukan lebih awal kira-kira 1 jam sebelum itu jika anda ingin solat di hadapan Ka'bah dan boleh membuat seseorang malas untuk pergi. berulang alik kerana jauh dan menunggu pengangkutan.

Kakitangan hotel ramah dan membantu, sarapan pagi yang sangat baik dan sangat mudah jika anda ingin melakukan Umrah dengan anak-anak kerana lokasinya betul-betul di hadapan Al Haram.

excellent room stay, great city view, excellent buss service as buses are new and running 24/7 and the WIFI is also good. Good cleanliness and staff behavior is also good. Hotel is big so it is busy but everything is smooth

Hotel yang mengagumkan, kami mendapat pemandangan bandar dan ia sangat mengagumkan. Agak pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Semua orang di hotel ini sangat baik. Perkhidmatan bilik juga bagus, daftar masuk juga lancar tanpa menunggu kami mendapat bilik terus selepas waktu daftar masuk. Sarapan pagi mempunyai banyak pilihan makanan. Makanan tempatan dan barat. Sangat bagus dan disyorkan. Yang haram juga sangat dekat dengan hotel. Anda hanya boleh berjalan ke haram.

Kakitangannya baik dan membantu apabila saya bertanya sama ada ia tersedia untuk menangguhkan daftar keluar 2 jam, juga bas pengangkutannya adalah tepat dan bersih tetapi terdapat jurang masa antara waktu tiba ke Al Haram pada 3.00 pagi dan kembali semula ke Hotel pada 6.00 a.m!!!!!! Sebaliknya tidak ada pelbagai restoran berhampiran Lokasi itu bermakna anda perlu makan berhampiran Al Haram sebelum kembali ke Hotel

Check-in: Awful. I waited patiently until one of the two clerks sent me to the doorman. ??? The doorman sent me back and upon returning to the check in counter the other clerk told me in a raised voice to just wait 10 minutes as they are busy. I was totally confused as I don't pester anyone. Anyway, I waited on a couch. Then another person walked in and that second clerk proceeded to check that person in. I looked at both of the clerks. Then the first clerk told the other that he needs to check me in first. Then first he couldn't find my booking and asked for an email from Trip. When I presented it he said never mind I found the booking. Just crazy. Room: Okay. Bed was too soft for my liking. Only tea, no coffee. No creamer. No toiletries except liquid soap/shower gel. The desk was only cleaned in the front while the back of the desk and phone was full of dust. The toilet drain (on the 14th floor) was smelly. The mugs which were black looked like they were just rinsed and still had stains inside that I had to lean myself. I left a note requesting for coffee and toiletrie ins such as toothbrushes, toothpaste and earbuds. We got two small pouches of coffee and only one toothbrush and small toothpaste. No earbuds. Food: We had breakfast included. We also had dinner at the hotel on one night. The breakfast was quite good except for the juice and the coffee. The dinner was a notch lower than the breakfast in terms of selection and quality of the food. I would not recommend the dinner. Shuttle bus: Good. The hotel uses small busses that I actually preferred as we never needed to wait long for the buss to fill up. If you missed a buss, the next bus would arrived almost immediately. 7.5 minutes to the Haram and 12.5 minutes back. Check out: perfect. We just handed in the key cards and that's it. Check out took all of 3 seconds. Overall: The Novotel Thakher City was okay just that it did not meet my expectations. I would not rate this as a four star hotel.

Hotel yang baru dan bersih. Bilik tidak besar, tetapi ia selesa. Kawasan air bersih dan saya dapat menggunakannya tanpa sebarang masalah, tetapi syampu dan sabun badan tidak disediakan secara individu, hanya jenis all-in-one sahaja yang disediakan. Ia terletak di sepanjang jalan utama, jadi anda memerlukan kereta untuk pergi ke mana-mana, tetapi mudah untuk mempunyai kedai serbaneka di sebelahnya.

The hotel is just awesome, great property, state of art Gym , spacious rooms and super courteous staff !! The behaviour of the staff is what truly make the experience worth while!! ( Special shout out for Mr Mohammed from the restaurant 👏👏 keep up the good work buddy ) !! I highly recommend this hotel ..!!

Just behind the hilton and other top hotels. Only 10 min walk to haram but has a some uphill for me it was fine. It is just on the main Omm ul Qura road so taxi or buses are close too. I mostly walked to and from the hotel. Very clean and nice hotel. Breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will book again this hotel. I could see haram pillars and clock tower and other top hotels view.

Hotel itu sendiri cantik dan katilnya sangat selesa ditambah lokasinya berhampiran dengan Masjidil Haram dan boleh diakses dengan perkhidmatan ulang-alik bas percuma yang beroperasi setiap 10 minit. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah sarapan pagi, ia mempunyai sangat sedikit item dan ia adalah sama untuk semua hari kami tinggal ditambah beberapa makanan tidak segar. Nasihat saya kepada pengembara masa depan adalah untuk tidak memasukkan sarapan pagi dalam pakej anda dan hanya membeli dari pusat membeli-belah berhampiran. Anda akan menyimpan dan boleh memilih.

Wow! What a hotel! It exceeded my expectations by far and I really enjoyed every moment of it. The service is amazing, especially Mr. Muhammad, what a kind and gentle man. He happened to check us in and check us out. As soon as you enter the hotel the wonderful smell hits you. The decor is out of this world. The calm earthy colors, the subtle bling in between everything is well thought of. The complimentary elements in the hotel i enjoyed as well. Good quality coffee, plenty of towels, of diff sorts and sizes, a beautiful view! The shuttle busses were very frequent, most I waited was 2 minutes probably, but almost in all cases I didn't have to wait. All doors are opened for you and they make you feel like royalty. Breakfast was also a variety of good food. I will definitely visit again. It was cheaper than the hotels nearby.. Last I will say is Allaahuma baarik!

Bilik berharga 2,000 yuan semalam memberikan pemandangan sampah Bilik itu menghadap tempat letak kereta dan runtuhan. Sarapan pagi tidak sehebat hotel empat bintang domestik Bilangan hidangan panas adalah kurang daripada 3, dan ia pada dasarnya adalah nasi goreng dan sosej yang berkualiti rendah. Kemudahan bilik sudah lama dan ***anya seperti hotel lama di China. Lebih-lebih lagi, penyelenggaraan bilik tidak mengikut piawaian kosong dan tiada apa-apa. Selain daripada lokasi, hotel ini pada dasarnya tidak mempunyai apa-apa untuk ditawarkan untuk satu malam dan hotel The Hilton dan Conrad di sebelahnya adalah satu pertiga lebih baik daripada yang ini, dan kualitinya berkali-kali lebih baik. Hotel ini hanya bernilai 300 semalam, tidak lebih.

I booked a one night stay on the Accor website at Movenpick Makkah after arriving from Madinah. It was a welcome respite from staying at local brand hotels since coming to Makkah and Madinah for Haj. Check in was a wonderful experience due to the efficiency of Ms Adeer, Front Desk Exec. It was great she spoke fluent English and had the most cheerful demeanour. When she saw I was an Accor Member upon check in, she upgraded me to a nice Al Haram view without me asking. Appreciate the great job you did Ms Adeer. A sincere thanks from me. It took me just a few minutes before I was on my way to my room. I was given room 2432 which had a nice big king sized bed. Despite the hotel being over 10 years old, I found the room to be very well maintained and it didn’t feel dated at all. It’s contemporary feel remained fresh. The bed was super comfortable and I liked it had a kitchenette nook that had a small induction cooker and sink. My only gripe was the tiny shower area. The room had a nice view of Al Haram piazza and the new Al Haram extension. The stay came with breakfast included so I headed to the restaurant right after morning prayers. The breakfast spread was already ready by 6am. I was shown a table by Mr Arshad, who got me my coffee and helped to show me personally the breakfast spread. They had a good selection of local and international breakfast dishes. The Restaurant Manager, Mr Sameer, suggested I try the Egyptian porridge and was kind enough to make me one personally himself. Mr Sameer was attentive to all the guests not just me. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and was most impressed with level of service in all my interaction with the Movenpick team. One can see the level of training re. service between an international brand hotel in Makkah and a local brand. The level of service of Movenpick Makkah rivals any hotel one would visit in London, Paris, New York or Singapore. Well done! 5 stars and highly recommended. Once again shoutout to Ms Adeer, Mr Arshad and Mr Sameer. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

I want to share my exceptional experience at the hotel. Every single employee was professional and respectful. They were always ready to help before even asking. Anything we requested during our stay was brought within minutes. We were amazed by their kindness and helpfulness. All employees, without exception, were extremely nice and professional. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The shower products were of extremely high quality. The breakfast and dinner buffets were extraordinary, and the waiters were beyond nice. They would come to the table before I even raised my hand to ask for help and checked on us frequently. They even helped me take my plates from the buffet to my table without me asking them. All the restaurant employees, starting from the reception, were welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's great location next to the Holy mosque made it easy to visit at any time. Jumeira will be my hotel of choice for my future stays.

We stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

I had actually booked Makarem Al Bait but they contacted me to inform that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment so my reservation was moved to um Al Qura. Would have been nice to get a similar email from Umm Al Qura branch confirming my reservation there. The hotel is very nice. Room service is every day and they also leave you with bottled water each day. I have no complaints about the hotel itself. If you can get B&B, half board or even Full board at decent value then consider it and here's why... There is only one place outside the hotel to get food and it's a dinky little shawarma fast food place. The Hotel is located somehwre you would not want to walk to/from Haram, both due to distance but also a steep hill it involves (coming and going). To counter this, the hotel have a shuttle service made of 2 coaches running alternately. The coach runs every 30 mins from the hotel and back. They AC is always on in the coach, even whilst waiting for it to depart. Well worth tipping the driver(s) on your first day so that they recognise you. The shuttle takes 5 mins drive to drop you off at Ajyad bus station which is then a 7-10 min walk into Masjid Al HAram. So far so good... Now when making your return journey back to hotel you're faced with manic at Ajyad bus station. The number of shuttles services far exceed the capacity the station can cope with but then the people walking across the yard don't help make it easier to find your coach. It's a catch 22 situation. The busses don't stop at a dedicated service stop in the station, it's first come first serve as the busses arrive and find parking. often double, triple or quadruple parking. You then have to hunt around trying to find your bus, especially as they all look the same. You need to remember your bus number and/or look out for the hotel poster on the windscreen. The busses exert a lot of heat from their engines, added to teh stress of finding your bus. it's not so bad after say Asr, maghreb or maybe zuhr. But as everybody is trying to get back to hotel after ISha it is organised chaos. The above is in no way unique to makarem. Other hotels using same station will have same problem. This is a Makkah Transport Authority issue. Whilst the hotel is great, for the above reason i would not consider using this hotel again until transport issues were resolved by city authorities.

Two nights stay was just great; attentive but not intrusive staff made the difference. Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member

Amazing food lots of varieties and more options for the kids and adults,Fish Market Restaurant is the best fountain view and the fresh fishes with the different kinds cooking methods ,Live Sushi and fried tempura really mouth watering,different serving style experience staff .We are very happy with the food and service.I suggest to my family and friends must visit @Intercontinental Jeddah.

فندق رائع ولكن تأخرنا في الدخول ولم أستلم غرفتي الا الساعة ٤:٤٠ دقيقة، والغرفة الثانية ٥:١٥ للأسف انحاس جدول نوم بنتي مع الناب حقها وتنكدت ايضًا الثلاجة كانت خربانة وطلبتهم يصلحوها ومحد جاني سوا ذلك هو فندقي المفضل لاتصاله بردسي مول موقع ونظافة وراحة والحمدلله

الفندق. مريح مره. واحب اشكر. العملين بالمطعم واخص بالشكر. الاستاذ مجاهد. كان حريس كل الحرس ان يقدم لنا صوره. مبهره عن كل انوع الطعام بالبوفيه وفعلان البوفيه كان رائع وقدم لنا مشرو الكرك تي. لزيز. اوصي بالعوده وكانت تجربه تستحق العوده مره اخره شكرا. من القلب علي حسن الضيافه

Rooms are spacious and clean. Service at the hotel is great, everyone is ready to help. Food: Chef Mo’men makes sure you get your omelets as preferred and they are always great! The breakfast has a wide variety of foods. They did make a few changes in the offered food over the course of our stay which made the buffet better. The staff at the restaurant are so welcoming and helpful; they welcome kids also with a big smile. They also provide kids high chair with special utensils for kids to enjoy their breakfast with the family. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel!

Great stay at this hotel. Second time I stayed here. Clean and fresh looking. All staff were friendly, attentive and prompt. Especially those in the hotel restaurant. Staff arranged rooms to be next to each other so my family were together.

本來訂房是吸菸房 到櫃檯也特別說要吸菸房 結果整理行李好 從房間出去才發現房門口張貼了禁菸公告 傻眼 到櫃檯說要換房說要等 可以等我們晚上回來再換房 晚上回飯店先到櫃檯說要換房 說我們先回房間整行李 整好再打電話到大廳 會有服務人員來引導換到吸菸房 結果帶去櫃檯說準備好要換房 結果石沈大海 還得特地跑到櫃檯去問 櫃檯還說他們不知道 真是羅生門 可能我說外星語 沒人聽得懂 等到退房早上 我打去問幾點退房 櫃檯又是鬼打牆 胡言亂語 不知道到底幾點退房 只是說幾點退房有這麼困難嗎？ 一間這麼有名的星級飯店 結果櫃檯搞得跟旁邊小旅店還差勁 （我前晚住隔壁走路一分鐘的兩房兩廳兩衛的旅館便宜，櫃檯溝通完全沒問題）真是傻眼 飯店設施是不錯 但廁所淋浴乾淨度不好 房間燈也不夠明亮 櫃檯真的溝通障礙 超扯

First time for me in Jeddah. Wonderful and tranquil city. This hotel I believe is the best in town. Perfect location and perfect staff. Especially Jameela, great customer service. This hotel has it all, super breakfast with amazing Chef Abed, super Spa, over The top rooms, amazingly clean. Also to mention the sports bar. The person working there is incredible. Thank you and see you next time.

It was a legendary experience Wisam our was sooo helpful with supporting us with everything we need, he went beyond to make sure we have what we need I relay enjoyed there sirves I highly recommend the Shirvan hotel for hosting an event. I will be back for sure

직원들 모두 친절하고 시설들모두 나름 괜찮았어요. 단지 수압이좀 약해서 아쉬웠어요. 식사도 나쁘지 않았구요. 전반적으로 괜찮음^^

I stayed here November. Som Prasad Gurum and his two housekeeping colleagues looked after us on the first floor. Always cleaned our room well and stayed respectful of the guests. Would go above and beyond for our comfort and cleanliness. Good communication and understanding and worked fast. Thank you

لا انصح بالنزول فيه خدمه اسوء ماتكون وعدم احترام خصوصيه النزيل ‎سلام عليكم نزلت عندكم لاول مره وصراحه ماشفت اسوء من الخدمه حقتكم وعدم احترام النزيل ولا خصوصيته وهذا الشىء راح احطه بالتقيم لما تنزلى الموظفه حقتكم منشفه الحمام لانه عليها بقعه وتحطها قدام الناس الرجال وتكلمنى على بقعه حتى مافى احترام خصوصيه انه تشيل المنشفه وماعليه تتكلم بال تبغاه و تعطينى المنشفه وتجلسنى ساعه انتظر وانا عندى موعد طياره واتاخر عشان مانتم عارفين سعر المنشفه وتتكلموا على بقعه ولا قادرين تغسلوها وتبعيونى المنشفه ب١٢٥ استعملها الف شخص قبلى حطيت صوره المنشفه . لا وبالاخير حاطتلى المناشف بدون شنطه اخدهم وين انتم بالله الا طلبتها شنطه صراحه زيرو احترام للنزيل واسوء خدمه شفته. حتى تلفزيون ماشتغل ٤ مرات ادق عليهم ويوم جم بعد اربع ساعات

Ini adalah hotel yang indah di Taif, sangat dekat dengan jalan utama di mana terdapat pilihan makanan, tetapi biliknya tenang. Katilnya sangat selesa dengan lebih banyak bantal pelbagai saiz daripada yang pernah saya miliki di hotel! Sarapan pagi adalah sangat baik - walaupun ia akan menjadi bagus jika jus segar.... Masalah yang paling ketara di hotel ialah kami tidak mempunyai air. Saya fikir ini mungkin air bandar telah keluar, tetapi rakan-rakan kami di tingkat bawah kami mempunyai air. Jadi, boleh jadi semakin tinggi lantai anda, semakin kecil kemungkinan anda mendapat air. Memandangkan kami pengembara yang fleksibel, saya masih akan mengatakan bahawa ini adalah hotel yang sangat bagus untuk satu malam. Walau bagaimanapun, jika anda akan bermalam lebih daripada satu malam di sini, saya akan mengesyorkan meminta bilik di tingkat satu atau dua.
