I believe that many people who stay in this hotel go for the hot springs, but the hotel does not have any proactive reminders about hot spring services, dining, etc., such as: how to get to the hot springs after checking in, what to wear, etc. No one reminded me that I could just walk in wearing my hotel robe. I got inside and put on my bathrobe, but it was too cold outside, so I found out that they were renting bathrobes for a fee. Had to go back to the dressing room to put on a bathrobe. Hygiene: I was surprised to find large pieces of potato chips on the stairs of the loft, including those scattered on the ground. I fell asleep at 10:22 and was woken up by the noise from the neighbors at 1 o'clock. Lasts for hours. I was woken up in the morning by the light from the kid's bed in the attic. There are no curtains above. This room type is not recommended for people who are sensitive to sunlight. It is not recommended for business couples either, as children in this type of family room are more likely to quarrel. Facilities: I asked about the gym when I checked in and they said it was in the hot spring area on the first floor. The business hours were not proactively informed. I went there early the next morning but was disappointed as the hot spring area only opened at 1pm. Then it can be understood that the hotel does not have a gym. The hot spring and the hotel are completely independently operated entities. Be cautious when going for fitness or swimming. Overall feeling: I have stayed in many hotels, and I went to this one because of the publicity. I didn't think the environment was worth the price, and the service was even worse. The advantage is that it is close to the public hot spring bar. The overall style of the hotel is old-fashioned. The Loft room is slightly larger than the Four Seasons room, but the floors are low and the lighting in the room is poor. The guests staying in the hotel are generally middle-aged or elderly. For young people who like romance, this is not recommended if your budget is this amount.

We, four adults and two children, ordered a set meal for 2-3 people, but we didn’t finish it. There is also a children's play area and a large lawn on the first floor of the hotel, so there is no problem for children to play all day long. We also saw squirrels in the trees, the environment was absolutely perfect! It's a pity that I didn't take a dip in the hot spring, which is said to be a local specialty. The butler thoughtfully gave us many souvenirs, including snacks, toys, and Starbucks coffee coupons. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also good, with rich varieties and complete supplies.

If you include the parking lot and hot springs in the hardware facilities, they can only be considered average. It's about 700-800 meters from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, and you need to push your luggage by yourself. If you arrange a room at the edge, it's basically 1500 meters, and you need to carry your luggage yourself! The hotel's hot springs are in disarray, there is no concept of flow control, and the experience is very bad! No service staff came forward to help. Hygiene conditions: the curtains in the room had not been cleaned for a long time. It might be a spare room that was used during the golden holiday. There was only one chair and it was broken! We stayed for two days in a row, but the linens were not even changed, and they were still not changed after I reminded them. I can only say that there were too many tourists coming to consume, and they couldn't take care of it! The key point is that the sliding door cannot be completely closed when sleeping at night, and a small breeze is always leaking in. There are also small rodents moving around in the loft ceiling in the middle of the night. I didn’t sleep well for two days! This is the most intuitive experience!
