"A very good hotel with a good location and convenient parking. It is right next to Wuyue Plaza. The front desk staff is very considerate. Seeing that we brought children, they upgraded the room to a king-size bed and provided children's toiletries. The room is large, the bathroom is also large, and the sanitation is very clean and tidy. It is very comfortable to stay. I also have to praise the breakfast, which is very rich in variety. "The room is very spacious. The hotel is very close to the hot springs and Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The breakfast is also very rich. I tried to eat dinner in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. You can choose a set meal for a more affordable price. It happened to be windy and rainy during the two days I came. Because it is close to the scenic spot and backed by the bamboo sea, the air is particularly fresh! It is worth coming for two days to experience it."

"I always choose Holiday Inn when I travel. Let's talk about the pros and cons of this hotel. Pros: It is close to the business district and has underground parking lots with many locations, but the parking lot is winding. Cons: There is only a unified central air conditioner, and the air conditioner cannot be turned on in the weather of more than 20 degrees. I don't think there are many delicious breakfasts, which are just average. The elevator is very slow, so I complain."

"Tianmu Lake has come many times, and Tianmu Lake Hotel fish head has also eaten countless times, but every time I have eaten the hotel in the middle of the mountain, Tianmu Lake Hotel is still the first time to live. The room was set half a month before the festival and the note was that the high floor was good for viewing. The 5th floor was finally arranged facing the lake. The viewing location was very good and I was very satisfied. The hotel is old, but the maintenance is OK. The platform on the second floor is used to transform it into a children's play area and a small garden. The gym equipment is also very complete. The breakfast room service is also very good, all of them take the initiative to help. The only thing that is not very good is the sound insulation, the bathroom mouthwash sound room is clear, and the corridor sound is also clear."

"We want to highlight the work of the English-speaking assistant Angelia who supported us throughout our entire stay. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her help was absolutely invaluable—from check-in to handling any requests. She was always available, assisting with translation, recommending restaurants, and even helping with minor everyday issues. Thanks to her, our vacation was completely stress-free and incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself was also wonderful—clean, with cozy rooms and a great location—but it was the assistant’s attentiveness and professionalism that truly made our stay special. A huge thank you for such a warm welcome! Not too much westerns food at breakfast, mostly local food."

Upon arriving at the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, I was first captivated by the beautiful scenery, and then impressed by the service provided by our housekeeper, Xiao Tao. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!

It was a coincidence that I came to this hotel. I came here specifically to soak in the hot springs. I first chose the Yushui Hot Spring Resort Hotel next door. However, they offered me a ridiculous price and I was immediately blocked permanently. This is the only good hotel nearby. When I came here and discovered it, it was simply a treasure hotel. Environment: Needless to say, I just took two pictures to give you a feel. Whether it is the exterior or the room, it is absolutely amazing at Yushui Hot Spring Resort Hotel next door. It is also cheaper than the price of Yushui Hot Spring Hotel opposite. Fortunately, I didn't go to the hotel next door. Facilities: Dyson hair dryer, all toiletries are from L'Occitane. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a small hot spring. KTV, billiards room, chess and card room, beach, and tents are all available, which is very suitable for companies to come for team building. On the same day, I met China Life’s team building team. Hygiene: Needless to say, the hygiene of a newly opened hotel is very clean. Service: Because the tram batteries coming from Shanghai were almost empty, the hotel even reserved a charging parking space for me. GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

The third is the chestnut roast chicken and pork ribs roast bamboo shoots in the Chinese restaurant. We also packed a special chestnut. In fact, there is no need to drink fish head pot. The breakfast and afternoon tea in the western restaurant (Figure 1) are not bad either. But for coffee, we both recommend the iced coconut latte from the automatic coffee machine in the lobby, and the coffee for breakfast is bitter.

The B&B has its own swimming pool and hot springs, and you can also fish. We stayed in a family room with a mountain view. Four people can stay in the room on the upper and lower floors. The manager of the B&B contacted us in advance and gave it to us. The itinerary was very well arranged and the dinner was also very rich.
