Villa Dragonera is a stone country house located in Son Servera, in the north east of Mallorca. Its privileged situation gives us spectacular views of the Majorcan countryside yet its only a few minutes drive to the resorts of Cala Bona and Cala millor and their beaches. Contemporary design villa, capacity for 6 people with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool and gardens in Son Servera. The sandy façade, high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass doors and eclectic style furnishings make this villa unusually unique. The ground floor consists of: An open plan living /dining room, with a mixture of chic design and comfort. With a large corner sofa , a wall mounted flat screen TV and a modern eight seater dining table. The lilac coloured modern kitchen features a built in breakfast bar ideal for your morning coffee and is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances. Three bedrooms, One twin and two doble ( one of which has an ensuite bathroom). There is also a separate family bathroom with bath and shower. The stairs from the livingroom lead up to a Mezzanine level where a second living area can be found complete with sofa, scatter cushions , TV and playstation 2 with games. The large glass doors of the living room lead out onto a semi-open terrace-pavilion which has a chill-out area just made for relaxing and a table and chairs ideal for Alfresco dining. Directly in front of the terrace-pavilion is the beautiful, modern pool with roman steps, surrounded by tiled and lawned areas. It has several sunbeds to relax and sunbathe. The villa has a portable BBQ. All bedrooms and the living room have A/C units ( cold and hot air) on a limited timer. The villa has wifi. Offroad parking is available for 2 cars. Not included in the price is: electricity (cost of 0.27€/kwh, €10 per day). Eco Balearic Tax €2.10 per person per night. There is also a damage deposit of €250. All payable on arrival at the villa.
