I booked the Senator in Cala Millor for a 6 night break for myself to chill out and relax. I knew the area and the fact that the hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shops and bars and 10 yards from the beach and so this made it a perfect location. I loved the room design and the lovely walk in shower. Vegan toiletries are provided so no need to take any with you. There’s also a hairdryer and, best of all, a fridge in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities. There’s a large tv but I struggled to find any English channels. Small criticism was the lack of plug sockets next to the bed to plug my phone in overnight. These were on the other side of the room. I also had no outside balcony or view but that was fine. The bed was amazingly comfortable and, although the hotel was quite full it was very quiet. I loved the rooftop pool which was perfect for cooling down in. At only 90cm deep it’s not really for swimming in. The hotel had a fair few books available in the lobby which was great for me as I read a lot on holiday. The only downside with the hotel was the lack of food available. They did a limited continental breakfast in the ground floor restaurant from 8-10.30 but there was no lunch or evening food and nothing available from the poolside bar either. Whether this was coming later in the season I don’t know. I believe the hotel is adults only too which I hadn’t realised when booking but which probably helped with the peace and quiet. The hotel appeared to have mainly German customers in the 6 days I was there. The rooms were cleaned every day and the whole place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly too.

Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors that perfectly complemented the serene surroundings. Whether enjoying breakfast overlooking the sea or indulging in a romantic dinner under the stars, every meal was a memorable occasion. The accommodations at Can Simoneta are equally impressive. Our room was elegantly appointed with modern amenities and a charming, rustic charm that reflected the character of Mallorca. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the cliffs and enjoying a cup of coffee on our private terrace was the epitome of relaxation. Overall, Can Simoneta exceeded our expectations in every way possible. It's a place where luxury meets tranquility, where every corner offers a stunning view or a delightful surprise. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or simply a place to unwind and recharge, Can Simoneta is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return to this slice of paradise on our next visit to Mallorca.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel from 3rd to 7th August last. Everything about the place was perfect. We were welcomed at reception by Loli (hope I have the spelling correct), she truly is an asset to the hotel, we were booked on IHG reward points and our loyalty was recognised. By coincidence Loli had been to our home city of Cork in Ireland, so we were off to a good start!! All staff are very welcoming and friendly. You will be spoilt for choice with the food options, really top notch. Our sea view room was lovely and immaculately clean and of course refreshed each day. There was some evening entertainment each evening for about 2 to 2.5 hours which was a welcome touch. All in all a very relaxing time was had at the hotel and being so close to the beach and the blue blue sea that was warm at 7.30am is a huge bonus. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on same. If I am to have one slight negative, the loungers by the pool would need foam topper's for added comfort. But we will most certainly return to this calm oasis.

Hotel suitable for families with children, especially young children and babies. It has everything you need for the little ones (cot, high chair, bed barrier, toilet adaptor, kettle) and baby food is also available. The staff are also very friendly with the children and even learn their names. Our first family holiday has been much better than expected. Thanks to all the staff for making it possible.

Lovely boutique hotel very close to the resort centre but also just far enough away. Friendly and helpful staff and a lovely hotel with individually styled rooms. Big airy rooms, well decorated and very clean. Breakfast is exceptional with the option to sit outside and the range of food is extensive and top quality combined with excellent service. Hotel has an excellent Spa with a good, if small, gym area.

BQ Can Picafort has a great location, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the facilities were generally well-maintained. However, despite these positives, my overall experience was disappointing due to several significant issues * The ”triple” room was essentially a double room with an extra bed, leaving no space for luggage or movement. This made the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient, not to mention that the cleaning staff constantly blamed us for not having space to clean up the room. * The cleaning staff also entered our room despite us indicating that we did not want service at that time. There were also multiple instances where the room was not cleaned properly, a couple of times towels were not replaced without repeated requests also. * While the breakfast staff were friendly, the cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired. Dirty utensils and glasses were common, and language barriers often led to incorrect orders. On the last day, the soy milk served was spoiled, although it was replaced immediately upon making them aware of it. * The reception team ignored guests as they entered the hotel every time. There was no ”hello” or even a smile upon entering the main hall the whole week we stayed there. This was not only our experience, I noticed nobody was greeted upon entering the hotel. * The Wi-Fi in our double room was extremely weak, making it nearly impossible to use basic internet services like browsing social media. * The reception gave us wrong information several times. When I finally approached them about this, I was met with an aggressive and dismissive Manager who shouted at us and even threatened to kick us out of the hotel if we continued on complaining! * Upon returning home, I sent a complain about the behavior of the manager. To my surprise, I received an even more unprofessional response, simply denying any of my accusations and threatening legal action if I shared my experience publicly.
