Ulasan Cap Vermell Grand Hotel

주차비와 발렛비가 무료입니다! 짐도 다 내려서 옮겨주셔서 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 위치가 관광지와는 동떨어진 곳이라 조금 멀다는 건 아쉽지만 리조트 내에서 할 수 있는 것들이 많아 불편하진 않습니다. 방도 아주 넓어서 독채 숙소인 듯하여 좋았습니다!

중심지와 거리가 다소 있어서, 아쉬웠지만 그만큼 가격이 좀더 저렴하였다. 직원은 친절하였지만, 허니문이라고 해서 챙겨준다고 했던 것을 빼먹는다던지, 시설이 몇몇은 고장나 있는 경우가 있었다. 이런 것 제외하곤 너무나도 편하게 지내고 갑니다.

처음으로 5성급 호텔에 묵었는데 진짜진짜 너무너무 매우매우 좋았어요. 조식도 주문하는대로 바로바로 만들어주시니 맛도 굿굿!! 하루만 쉬었다 가는게 너무 아쉬울 정도로 다음에 다시 마요르카에 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 갈꺼에요.

차가 있어야 갈 수 있는 곳이라 위치는 아쉽다고 말할 수 있다. 하지만 서비스, 청결도 등은 스페인 여행 중 최고였다고 생각한다. 더 머물고 싶을 정도로 좋았다.

객실자체도 넓고 에어컨 고장없이 시원했습니다. 매번 외출시에 깔끔히 청소와 수건 잘 채워주셔서 만족했습니다. 리셉션과 벨보이 모두 친절했습니다. 신혼여행 숙소라 조용하고 식당이 잘 갖춰진 곳으로 예약했는데 아주 만족스럽습니다^^ 타파스바도 맛있었고 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 아침마다 새가 지저귀는 소리가 아직도 귀에 맴도네요! 마요르카 시내에서는 거리가 꽤 멉니다 이 호텔만 온전히 즐기러 오시는 걸 추천드려요! 호텔내 식당,스파,수영장 등 3일 숙박기간동안 다 즐겨도 모자랐습니다. 신선한과일을 매일아침 먹을수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 금전적 여유가 되신다면 테라스가 있는 방을 추천드려요~ 가족단위 커플 친구랑 와도 좋은 호텔! 공항에서 택시로 100유로정도 나옵니다! 저는 마요르카에 가게 된다면 꼭 또 머물거예요^^

great hotel, amazing brasserie, good breakfast although not great. main problem was despite asking twice for a late checkout, there was 'no availability' happy to pay but still no. online almost total availability. why not! just didn't want to.

professional and helpful staffs. very good food. the facility is adequately maintained. pools are bit cold if not in summer. nearby beach is very nice (free shuttle service).

Whilst the hotel is generally beautiful and the pool area is lovely, we simply cannot recommend Cap Vermell. The service was impersonal and lacking generally. You might expect some service around the pool but alas… When I spoke to reception to complain that our room had not been cleaned one day, the staff member essentially tried to place the blame on me, when in reality they forgot to clean our room. Our room leaked when there was heavy rain outside. We notified them of this. You might expect an apology when paying this price….but no. Requests for additional decaf coffee pods were ignored… The restaurants are at best average and charge Michelin prices (we didn’t go to Voro … which actually has the stars, as it is adults only). The Japanese restaurant was closed (we were not made aware of this on booking). The kids meals are heavily salted and don’t include any veg (even at EUR14). The room was generally unclean (the grout is grubby, the edges around the sinks have grime that is not cleaned off). Despite our issues, we were not asked if we were happy with our stay on check out. Nobody cares. To top it off, they brought our bags down but left one on the buggy. I didn’t notice as I was strapping my son in his car seat in the car and my husband was settling the final invoice inside. The taxi driver obviously didn’t see this as it was left on the buggy by the hotel staff. I am told it will be posted to me but I will wait to see if that happens.

Loved our stay at this resort! It’s perfect if you’re looking to escape the busy island beaches as you can just relax by the pools all day. A few downsides though - make sure you reserve your tables in advance as we were turned away from the restaurant one evening due to the kitchen not being able to handle more than 4 tables at a time. Also, they don’t display wet floor signs so be careful when it rains as the area around reception is very slippery. I fell and injured my knee pretty badly. The room was lovely, quite big with a good view of the resort. In room amenities are perfect.

I visited this property when it was Park Hyatt. Though the hotel, rooms and facilities remain the same, some changes are made as the furniture looked different and the overall decor. Through the restaurant staff were pretty attentive and polite, I think the check in folks at front desk need to smile more often. They look too serious and not very pleasant at times. Food was good and the breakfast buffet is great, but food choices are limited at the restaurants. One restaurant serves 12-19 course dinners which is too pricey, one closed when we arrived and the other 2 didn't offer much to impress. Our first night at the tapa's bar didn't end well. We ordered tapas and fish, my entree arrived, but my sister had to wait for over 30 minutes to get her fish dish. The server said we are short on staff and the chefs was managing by himself. I was amazed for a 5 star property that charges $500-850 a night to be short on staff. I can say that while most of the property remains the same, the service quality is nowhere near Park Hyatt standards. Also the rooms need some light touch as the sink in the bathrooms look old and the caulking around it was visible.....not very attractive.

The surrounding area is very quiet. However, because it was very dark at night, I felt bored driving back after playing at the beach during the day.

Our stay at Cap Vermel was absolutely amazing! Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Mallorca. Great staff, restaurants and services! Will definitely be back.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel. The only reason why I would give it 3 stars is because of the property, cleaning team, delightful breakfast team and the ROKA restaurant team. It would benefit if management at reception stayed at a true 5 star hotel so they know what kind of service they are expected to provide. Just read this used to be a Hyatt and from what I experienced they are still providing Hyatt level service which is mediocre but not a luxury 5 star at all. I work in the luxury bridal industry and will inform all my colleagues and clients to steer clear.
