The staff are so nice, they are the kindest people I have ever met in my life.Especially my friends chupi and Tony. I got the suite and it was very spacious, it was very cool having a jacuzzi on the balcony!! The food was delicious, I have never had better spaghetti and pizza in my life!! The pools were goods lengths and widths! In most hotels children aren't allowed to go in the spa so I'm am very happy they are allowed in this hotel!!! The children's pool was a very good idea, as children can be as loud as they want without worrying about disturbing adults who want to relax without noise ringing in their ears. Overall I'd say this hotel is the best I've ever stayed in! Thank you so much for a very comfortable stay!! Isla Ramsey Age 11

Do many hotels ever, fully match your expectations? You know what you are paying in advance and have your own criteria by which you will judge the hotel. Suffice to say Can Simoneta met all of ours (bar one issue, more later) from the moment we arrived down the impressive long drive to the quality of the rooms and, of course, the stupendous views and grounds. Do not be fooled, this is actually a ”small” hotel located in a huge expanse of manicured grounds overlooking the sea. Rooms are scattered around, from the few in the ”main” hotel, to some in the old family house and others in the Beachhouse (which involves a considerable walk). The hotel oozes quality...so what are the specifics: Yes rooms are spread around the grounds and not all rooms (particularly those in the old house) have either a balcony or terrace adjoining the room (every room has its own private sunbathing area but this can be some distance from your actual room). If you like to step out your room onto your terrace you have to ensure you have an appropriate room. We were initially given room 25 in the old house. This is up two flights of narrow stairs in the old attic. Internally the room was excellent, but to get outside meant a walk down two flights of steep stairs. We immediately asked to move rooms and were given a room in the Beachhouse, a long walk but well worth it. This is clearly an issue, the rooms in the old house have to be treated with caution and frankly room 25 should not be offered to guests. The Beachhouse has an infinity pool nearby (unheated) and is next to the beach (a mix of rocky and sandy) and the rooms are large and brilliantly designed. The heated main pool is near the main hotel and you will not, ever, find yourself fighting for a sun bed...this is just not that sort of hotel. The restaurant at Can Simoneta is the fulcrum of the hotel and is superb. Breakfast is as good as any we have eaten globally, the lunch menu is appropriately suitable for a light snack and dinner is top quality. Service levels across the hotel are outstanding. From junior staff to senior, everyone is there to help and ensure your stay is as you wish. We could not fault anyone. Without the room 25 issue we would probably rate this as the best hotel we have ever stayed in (Claridge's currently claiming that slot), but, it did happen which was such a shame. However, forewarned is forearmed, we will return! PS Mosquitoes are an issue, if you are susceptible to bites make sure you have the appropriate treatments in your luggage

I booked the Senator in Cala Millor for a 6 night break for myself to chill out and relax. I knew the area and the fact that the hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shops and bars and 10 yards from the beach and so this made it a perfect location. I loved the room design and the lovely walk in shower. Vegan toiletries are provided so no need to take any with you. There’s also a hairdryer and, best of all, a fridge in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities. There’s a large tv but I struggled to find any English channels. Small criticism was the lack of plug sockets next to the bed to plug my phone in overnight. These were on the other side of the room. I also had no outside balcony or view but that was fine. The bed was amazingly comfortable and, although the hotel was quite full it was very quiet. I loved the rooftop pool which was perfect for cooling down in. At only 90cm deep it’s not really for swimming in. The hotel had a fair few books available in the lobby which was great for me as I read a lot on holiday. The only downside with the hotel was the lack of food available. They did a limited continental breakfast in the ground floor restaurant from 8-10.30 but there was no lunch or evening food and nothing available from the poolside bar either. Whether this was coming later in the season I don’t know. I believe the hotel is adults only too which I hadn’t realised when booking but which probably helped with the peace and quiet. The hotel appeared to have mainly German customers in the 6 days I was there. The rooms were cleaned every day and the whole place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly too.

I can fully recommend this hotel. We were given an unexpected upgrade on arrival to a suite facing the sea. The room itself is of high quality with a very contemporary feel. The check in procedure was very efficient with a glass of champagne or orange juice offered. The gentleman who checked us in was professional and very friendly. Housekeeping is second to none. We had our room fully serviced every day before noon. Cannot thank housekeeping enough. The gardens where we sunbathed are impressive with plenty of beds to choose from. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice of food options. ( We were Bed and Breakfast only) so no evening meal. We ate lunch at the pool bar and were very happy with the service and quality of food provided. Overall my wife and I were highly impressed with the palace and would certainly consider a return to this wonderful hotel. Thank you to all the staff and management for a lovely stay.

We’ve just returned from a weeks holiday at the Felip Well what can I initial impressions were mixed. It was on right on the front of a road however quiet road,,,rooms seemed a bit small and the pool is very small ,however ,,, Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is lovely and clean The food was of good choice but beware the food under the hot plates ,,not very warm warm ,,,so go for what’s just come out or what’s being cooked fresh so you have to navigate the food to get the best.out of it ,however good choice of salads, cheeses Fruit, desserts it's a similar experience for breakfast but it didn’t spoil the holidays if you are a fussy eater it might ,it’s the sort of place that grows on you and by the end of the week was very happy with our stay at the Feip on the hole,,, ,a quieter resort with a lot of Spanish on holiday there quite a family oriented place ,that’s a few bars and restaurants so self catering would be fine just enough for a week’s stay ,,the beach is smallish but very nice and clear sea But after a week you might get a bit bored,but there are boat excursions to see other place s quite cheap as well On the hole a nice place to stay for a week food ok Pool lets it down a bit would recommend for a chill week
