The Highlights: 1. Stunning View: The view from the apartment was a true delight, adding a serene and picturesque quality to my stay. 2. Pristine Cleanliness: The apartment's cleanliness was impressive. It was well-maintained and spotless, making for a comfortable and hygienic environment. 3. Amenities: The range of amenities provided added significantly to the comfort of my stay. Each amenity was thoughtfully chosen and well-maintained, contributing to a hassle-free experience. 4. Friendly Concierge: The staff were not just professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch to their service. The Downside: Despite these positives, there was a disappointing aspect regarding the early check-in policy. I paid an additional £20 for an early check-in, which seemed reasonable at the time. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen work commitments, I couldn't make it at the earlier time. The lack of flexibility or refund for this extra service was disheartening. It felt like a missed opportunity for the establishment to demonstrate customer care in unforeseen circumstances.

Hotel was great. However the paint on the swimming pool roof was terrible. Also finding the parking was a nightmare with little to no help from reception. We went to one of their events in the bar and it was dreadful, was mainly a staff party. Promised three acts starting at 8pm however by 1130pm we only saw one act so we left after paying £30 entry. Would stay again but I would like to see many changes.

Overall stay was great. The pool had a a maintenance issue which was a let down for our stay but apart from that I would stay again

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, helpful & courteous. The hotel was easy to find and within close proximity of restaurants & bars. The room was spacious and well kept, bathroom was clean as well. I would definitely book this hotel again & recommend it to anyone. Had breakfast on property once and that was great as well.

I was looking forward to the stay. However when I arrived on Thursday, 16th May around 9:00PM I was told by both receptionists that I had two rooms booked when only one was booked. I booked twice through another party and cancelled both and showed this to them on the app, clearly showing cancellations. They weren't really interested and said it was not their problem but mine! The said that I would be charged a no-show fee after midnight for the room, which would be about £300. I told them several times that I had proof of cancellation but they did not accept this. The told me to call the agents myself and sort it out. I had to send a message and call the agents at this time of night. Fortunately the agency was extremely helpful and said emails had been sent to the property indicating the cancellations and not to worry (unlike the two girls at reception). They then promised to contact the hotel directly and inform them. About 20 mins after sorting it out, the duty manager called me and said that it was sorted, I told them I had already sorted it myself after being told to by those two girls at reception. So it looked like the oversight was the hotel itself, not me, nor the agency. The agency also tried to call them to speak about the issue but nobody picked up the phone, even though there were two on duty and it was quiet. NOT the nicest or friendliest welcome to a hotel at all!! Aside from this, the room had a great view from the 25th floor, bed was not very comfortable and small. Staff were mostly nice, but some were miserable. All the other reception staff we spoke to were lovely. Breakfast was alright. Best thing about the hotel is the views really. I think if I hadn't had such an uncaring welcome, it wouldn't have tarnished my overall view.

My experience at the Britannia Hotel was mostly positive. However, the split bed arrangement was not ideal. I had booked for two people but ended up going alone, and the divided bed was inconvenient. Additionally, I expected a room near the window but was given one on the opposite side, which had a view of the road instead of Canary Wharf. Overall, it was a good stay, especially since I only spent a few hours there.

Perfect location at canary wharf, easy access to dwt via Jubilee line .DLR and Uber boat , 20mins to LCY airport. suit is tidy with kitchen facilities, cozy bed sheets and pillows. friendly staffs. either holiday or biz trip , it will be a best choice.

Myself and my partner only booked for an overnight stay so my review is only based on the room and not on any of the amenities. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The shower/WC was spotless. Loved the location of the Hotel. The only cons from me was unfortunately the room size is on the small side and our city view was of a massive office apartments and to the left a building site. However I would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious room for a family of 4. The hotel is quite big and it takes a little but of time to get to the room; also the corridors accessing to the rooms is a little bit narrow. Service is good, staffs are nice and we can enjoy freshly baked cooked every day for free.

I arrived at the hotel with my daughter for a three-night stay that was organized as a treat by my family. This break was much needed, and I was eager to enjoy our time there. On the first night, I discovered some issues with our room. I contacted the reception staff member, Ria, who handled the situation without hesitation. She promptly apologized and immediately arranged for us to change rooms. The following day, I spoke with the general manager, Florin, who was exceptional. He assured me that the issues would be addressed and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Additionally, we were offered a room upgrade, complimentary drinks, a late check-out, and a partial refund. I could not have asked for more; his professionalism and approach were truly commendable, significantly enhancing our overall stay—an experience I have never encountered in a hotel before. The staff members, Dhioovana and Olivia, were also fantastic. They were warm, welcoming, and consistently professional. No question was too much trouble for them, and they provided a wealth of information to help us navigate London. In my experience, the level of service from all the staff would not be out of place in a five-star hotel, which speaks volumes about their dedication.
