In general, the hotel is a very comfortable place. The staffs are so nice and very helpful. The restaurant for the breakfast are also really good. And it is located in a very convenient location, you can very easy to take bus to Richmond or ealing board way to go to central london or the airport.
My mum visit me in London. I booked a 2 bed’s room, but basically the room is only for her to stay.
She lived there for 10 nights. The hotel guaranteed that they will do housekeeping every 7 days.
For the last night I choose to stay with her. However, I accidentally found the bed is full of hairs. Some hairs are short, and some are long. Which should not belongs to my mum.
It means the housekeepers have not change the bed sheet and those hairs are not belongs to my mum, because she stay in only 1 bed. But that bed with hairs is the other one.
Clean and tidy for a bed is the basic requirement for an accommodation.
That’s really disgusting and unacceptable for an apartment hotel.
All in all, I would recommend other travelers to stay but the hotel should train staff to do the room cleaning well.

I recently stayed at the Park Grand Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel is quite clean, which I appreciated. The hotel is a bit distant from the nearest tube station, which isn't ideal, but manageable. My main inconvenience was the lack of accessible sockets in the room. I had to unplug the one used for the kettle to charge my devices, which wasn't very convenient. Despite these minor issues, the cleanliness and overall service were commendable.

We booked this hotel as we were attending a concert at Wembley. Hotel was reasonably priced as most were overpriced due to the concert being on. We arrived at 1pm 1hr before checking in as I had read that there ain’t many parking spaces available and as we were driving ideally a parking space would be perfect. Hotel was easy to find using the sat nav, when we arrived I parked outside the front of hotel all spaces were taken out the front but luckily they had a space available in the gated carpark. This is quiet small so we were lucky to have got one. We were also allowed to check in 1hr early as a room was ready. The hotel receptionist was friendly and very helpful, check in was easy and quick he asked if we were attending the concert at Wembley and gave us the quickest and best route to get there using public transport. In the end we ended up getting an Uber for £10 direct and was only about 15 min journey. If you prefer you can get a bus outside to the tube station or walk roughly 10 mins to nearest tube station. We found our hotel room to be clean and tidy and had adequate space. The room was a little out dated decorative but has all amenities we needed. As it was a warm day they had a fan provided. To return from Wembley we walked away from Wembley and got an for £13 as public transport was a nightmare which was to be expected. We would definitely use this hotel again as like I said staff were lovely and friendly and location was good for what we needed.

The staff was very nice and the whole place was full of young people. It definitely is a youth hostel and the place isn’t as big as other ones so it’s not super loud. Although the stairs are a little loud so that might wake you up. We stayed in a private room with bunk beds and they gave you towels and the shower was pretty good. The room was small as to be expected but it definitely wasn’t worth $180 a night when you could just pay for a bigger hotel room. The location was nice right by Hyde park and some free museums.

This is our first family hotel staycation in United Kingdom,we choose Watford Leonardo Hotel and stayed for 2nights.I booked one night first because I am not sure this hotel is comfortable enough,the first day we reached is a rainy day and after a show in London we arrived at hotel around 6pm.The carpark Sutton is closed to the hotel and we spent £6 for 24hrs parking quite reasonable,(but you can get £2 discount from the front desk,but unfortunately nobody informed me,nevermind!!) We ordered some supper at night taste quite good.I admired their online checkin and check out service.But the next day when I was sleeping and hanged a signal at the door,their staffs knocked my door twice,quite ridiculous,they can call me instead but their manner is nice so hope they can improve it.If I stay in Watford again,I will definitely come back to this hotel.

HHelenLovely hotel, on the central line so easy to get into central London but also not far off the m4 so don't have to drive through London to get to it either! Parking included made the stay really easy, breakfast was really good quality and plenty of options. Room was lovely, good size and quiet. Shower was lovely. Complimentary drinks - fancy teas and coffees and bottled water. Overall really pleasant.

PPengguna TetamuAbsolute dump. For starters we paid over £250 for a hotel that had dirty carpets, dirty bathroom floor. Shower head kept falling off and there wasn’t enough towels for all of us so 2 of us didn’t have a shower. There’s a smart tv in the room. With zero smart tv channels. Like none. So nothing for my daughter to watch. Tried to access the channels and every menu was disabled. Breakfast was a total disappointment- they advertised pancakes and there was a pancake stand there - empty. Ideal. The staff were polite but not friendly. Literally acted like they would rather be somewhere else, I mean I get it, nobody wants to be working Sunday night but at least pretend. £15 parking is disgusting. Especially for disabled.. The kettle was vile, covered in limescale which then made my cup of tea have floaty bits in. Delicious! Tried to get a coffee in the morning and the coffee machine was out of order for cleaning. Could that not have been done on the evening? It’s breakfast, I wanted a coffee. No such luck. Completely over priced hotel which by holiday inn standards was appalling. Wish I’d slept in my car. Would have been cheaper and cleaner.

PPengguna TetamuI stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

AAirborn63The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from a picadilly line station. First impression is good and the hotel also has an indian restaurant at the ground floor of this converted 3 story building.
There was nobody at reception and the whole check in and out experience was off putting. There is no lift and my room was on the second floor at the back which meant more steps up and down.
The room itself was nice and modern with view over the garden, bathroom is on the small size but clean. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea, coffee, water available. Nice view over the garden.
Although modern the lack of lift and the inadequate check in and out process let this place down. Certainly not worth the almost €150 paid excluding breakfast.

PPengguna TetamuAlthough I wouldn’t recommend for first time visitors to London due to it being more out of the city centre (the underground is only a ten minute walk away), it is a lovely hotel and cosy hotel. Room wasn’t huge but all you need, very smart and clean. The reception team were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a nice hotel on a budget, I would 100% recommend.

PPengguna TetamuMy stay was comfortable and despite being in a single room I had everything you would want and expect. The breakfast was also good. The hotel is about 45mins journey from central London and a 15 min walk to the tube, so not ideally located. The only negatives are: ~ Cleanliness - the room was not that clean when you look closely. With dust in corners and a weird musty smell in the room. Stains on towels and bedding. Whilst they where clean they still had stains. ~ No soundproofing - the walls are paper thin, could even hear someone nextdoor blowing their nose. ~ General state of room - only one light worked and the room fixtures and fittings where rather worn. That being said I would still stay here again but only if paying a really cheap price and only for a night or two. (I paid about £35 a night and wouldn't pay more than that)

PPengguna TetamuAfter reading the previous reviews we were little concerned. Arrived on a back street in Acton to find the hotel. Check in was 15:00. We were asked for a £50 deposit which we paid cash and got a receipt. The family room was around the side of the building and accessed by a site gate. The room itself is tired and could do with a bit of redecoration, but was serviceable. There is a working fridge, a good bath and shower and no problems with hot water. The beds were comfortable and the bedding clean. Not a premier Inn but not bad. For the price we paid for London it was cheap and cheerful. The tube is a 10 minute walk away with loads of places to eat withing a small radius. The only thing to watch out for is there is really very little parking. Parking is free ONLY at the weekends, otherwise you will have to find somewhere. We parked about a 5 minute walk away and this is 24 hour and cost us £10 a day, cheaper than the city near where we live.... The deposit was returned with no problems. A cheap place to stay for a family trip to London.
