Arrived early hours of the morning due to family bereavement, the lady who was working the night shift was BRILLIANT, very accommodating .... The room was trendy, very comfortable and spacious which I need as I have 3 large dogs, another big plus for me, ( dogs being allowed)! The bed fitted all 3 dogs and there was still room for me🐕🐕🐕😀😁😂... I love this hotel!!!!!💖

We had a very bad experience at the Hotel Parc in Paris, and we arrived at the Holiday Inn in London, we were a little scared, but thank God it was an incredible experience, since we arrived, the Welcome was excellent, your Admission staff was incredible , polite, with a smile that filled us with confidence, then when we went to the rooms... incredible, a total cleanliness, but more than all the atmosphere since we arrived and its staff that I give it a 100. What happiness and tranquility we they gave. We plan to travel again with my children and we will definitely book at this hotel again. Dora

Whenever I am in Ealing for business, this is the hotel of my top choice. Only a few minutes walk to Ealing common station. Easily access to London areas. Friendly and helpful front desk staffs and restaurant downstairs is serving food till late. Reasonable price for the same level of hotel.

Although I wouldn’t recommend for first time visitors to London due to it being more out of the city centre (the underground is only a ten minute walk away), it is a lovely hotel and cosy hotel. Room wasn’t huge but all you need, very smart and clean. The reception team were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a nice hotel on a budget, I would 100% recommend.

Room is too small not even can put a luggage lying flat, location is good but the hotel is not looked like a hotel as the entrance and building do not decorated like one. There is a mini supermarket near so getting some provisions is not a problem.

This hotel provides you sweet dream during your london vacation with all good amenities and ambience. 5mins walking from park royal underground station is a plus for easy access to the city and other attractions via piccadilly line. Distance to heathrow airport also not that far via the same line. Worth the money you spent for the stay at this spot.

Room was clean and big...great..Nice bathroom. But from other side of hotel was heavy traffic all day...hotel is close to Highway...be ready:)) Stonebridge park station is not far cca 15 min walk. Bust stop is few steps from reteption 👍

I stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

位置偏遠，周邊除了一家小超市，基本沒有商業；不提供一次性洗漱用品；如果睡眠質量差不建議入住；一直會有火車聲音（好像12點左右結束，到凌晨4點多又開始了）；最大優點就是交通便利，就在地鐵皮卡迪利線諾斯菲爾德站出口對面，到希斯羅機場好像6,7站（20分鐘內能到）；到市區大概還有10幾站（30分鐘左右到國王十字），另外早餐是意外驚喜，7磅一位，自助早餐，飲料咖啡，麪包，水果，蛋糕等很齊全，這個早餐性價比不錯，建議辦理入住時購買（現場買9磅一位）

The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from a picadilly line station. First impression is good and the hotel also has an indian restaurant at the ground floor of this converted 3 story building. There was nobody at reception and the whole check in and out experience was off putting. There is no lift and my room was on the second floor at the back which meant more steps up and down. The room itself was nice and modern with view over the garden, bathroom is on the small size but clean. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea, coffee, water available. Nice view over the garden. Although modern the lack of lift and the inadequate check in and out process let this place down. Certainly not worth the almost €150 paid excluding breakfast.
