Ulasan Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Shepherds Bush Road)

cleaning room service needs to be requested in advance at the front desk. However, even after making the request, the cleaning service was consistently overlooked. Simple requests such as towel replacements were missed multiple times within a week. The room was generally clean, and the hairdryer had sufficient power.

Convinient location. Clean with reasonable price. The front desk people are very helpful

the rooms are clean and have big window, the windows are double glass so i cannot hear the noise from the street. the staffs are very nice and helpful, the lounge and waiting areas are real big and comfortable the nearby areas are real cool

房間比較大，28吋箱子完全攤得來，有書桌，有單人沙發，感覺比之前一樣價位的另一家酒店寬敞。窗户是雙層的，臨街的房間也一點聽不到聲音。衞生間也比較大，是我很滿意的一家酒店。

附近交通便利，出行方便

就是房間沒有冰箱，遺憾

Excellent hotel. Staff are very professional and go out of their way to assist you. Amanda the Manager was particularly professional when dealing with a difficult and beligerant customer but she dealt with it very diplomatically and tactfully. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The room was fine, the service is fairly poor, the rooms were not been cleaned, i had to ask for another towel because they don’ t come to replace it. The breakfast is good, the restaurant is nice. Overall the Hotel is good just for sleep and have breakfast

All good for a one night stay for me. Check in quick and easy. Everything as you would expect in my room. Shower room all good too with no problems in any way and all nice and comfy. I heard no noise from within the hotel of from the busy street below which is a wonderful achievement.

This rather recent hotel is very well located with 4 tube connections nearby. The staff is very kind and welcoming,the rooms are clean and absolutely silent notwithstanding the busy traffic outside, the beds are excellent (as can be expected from Premier Inn) the breakfast is equally very good. (Premier Inn standards)

Friendly staff, room pretty basic, had to ask for another towel, spare pillows were dirty. Location was great only a short walk to the Apollo. Windows don't open so if gets too hot have to have air-conditioning on which is noisy. I would prefer to open window. Although the room was very quiet couldn't hear outside noise. Price was OK for London I guess but still a lot just for room only.

This is the third time we have visited this particular hotel and have never been disappointed. The hotel itself is in an excellent location with the tube and bars/shops very close by. This time we were located on the top floor which was slightly smaller and had a slanted window roof so we were unable to see out which wasn’t a huge problem for us but maybe would be for some . The cleanliness was generally good and shower/hot water in good working condition. Whilst there we did witness a guest who was placed in a room with young children that didn’t have a window. I do hope this was resolved for her but something to definitely bear in mind when booking if this is something that would cause issues. We didn’t have any dealings with staff so unable to comment on that department. Overall a great stay and we will come back again.

Great location close to two underground stations. Close to multiple restaurants and also the hotel has an restaurant bar. The room size is pretty good, likewise the bathroom, but the closet isn't big enough only to hang and put a couple of shoes. Definitely I will return.
