Ulasan Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Shepherds Bush Road)

Good location, friendly staff, clean enough room. Their is a premier inn just across the road that I confused this one for. They kept my bag all day and looked after me well even though they were exceptionally busy for breakfast.

cleaning room service needs to be requested in advance at the front desk. However, even after making the request, the cleaning service was consistently overlooked. Simple requests such as towel replacements were missed multiple times within a week. The room was generally clean, and the hairdryer had sufficient power.

the rooms are clean and have big window, the windows are double glass so i cannot hear the noise from the street. the staffs are very nice and helpful, the lounge and waiting areas are real big and comfortable the nearby areas are real cool

房間不大，頂層閣樓，閣樓天窗，不能打開的那種。如果帶娃出行，還是選大一點的家庭房比較合適。 酒店地理位置很好，多條地鐵線，出門就是公交站，地鐵站，交通非常便利。地鐵站超市Tesco,Sainsbury's各有一家，還有一個小中超，買東西很方便。酒店附近還有好幾家中餐店。 坐地鐵去各個景點都非常方便。 下次去，應該還會預訂，不過換個房型。

酒店位置確實方便，離地鐵走路三分鐘。但是酒店前台傲慢無禮，還想着坑中國人的錢。我們在網站上付款了費用，她讓我們再付款一次。我們用英國的銀行卡付款了提前入住的費用，等到下午居然告訴我沒付款成功，還讓我看他的電腦記錄。廢話，英國的卡都是扣完錢後先pending，然後過一段時間再到賬。當我們説我們要上去看我們的銀行卡記錄時馬上又改口。我們帶來孩子，死活不給再找一個哪怕大一點的沙發，傲慢無理。真是非常非常差的入住體驗。本來定了兩晚上，後面一晚上直接取消了。離這家走路十分鐘還有一家同一個公司的店，服務態度這些比他好太多了。

房間比較大，28吋箱子完全攤得來，有書桌，有單人沙發，感覺比之前一樣價位的另一家酒店寬敞。窗户是雙層的，臨街的房間也一點聽不到聲音。衞生間也比較大，是我很滿意的一家酒店。

地點方便近火車站及巴士總站，去那裡都好方便。選房間不要最上層，因是斜頂房間，空間感不太寬敞。以這個價錢比市中心好。 周邊商店食店都多選擇，這區都昰不錯的選擇

挺好的，離地鐵站非常近，唯一缺點就是沒窗户，雙床房的兩張床像是一張雙人床+小單人床。

房間面積不大，但是 很衞生。
