Unfortunately, our room had a window towards the one yard of the building. That’s why we heard all the people outside which wasn’t in our interest, since we just wanted to sleep and travel further.

Perfect location for solo tourists, 1 minute walk to the bar street, capsule space was really quiet, I slept well with my jet lag.

Worst hostel I have ever been to!!! Stay away!!!! The pictures are nothing like the reality Would rather sleep in the street.

就在新港的街上，房子也是遊客打卡之處，樓下幾家特色餐廳。 就是拉着箱子走過那些石頭街道有點難

整體一般，勝在便宜，關上門會有點不透氣，不是很舒服

I never stayed at this hotel. However, I cancelled my stay 2 weeks in beforehand and I emailed them several times and called them. They never replied to my emails and they charged my credit card for not showing up. No idea how the actual hotel is though. It might be ok. But their organizational skills could have been much better!

Great location and right on the harbour. It’s also a lovely place and sit in the courtyard with a drink after a busy day out and about. The staff were also really friendly. We were on the first floor and it was stiflingly hot on the dorm rooms let alone the capsules. There was air on in the dorm but not man enough for the job. It was so hot at night most people had to sleep with the pod door open. The toilets and showers were not very clean sadly. A constant smell of bad drains. The drains on the floor in the toilets didn’t look like they had been cleaned in a while. It was cheap and a fun thing to do but the heat was unbearable and toilets let it down.

It smells pee and sweat everywhere. The water drain is black of old dust. All the things are used and not clean. You have to pay 40 kr for towels. The fan of the capsule dont work. YOU HAVE TO SLEEP THE DOOR OPEN! Ive been to many hostel all around the world and that was disgusting. They really need to do some cleaning and review the quality of the service.

The mattress was quite hard, the room very hot, however the ventilator helped. Just a shame it was so loud. The receptionist could be a little bit happier, or at least seem like he liked his job. price was good and decent location. The steps up to the capsule was just some milk crates, hard for the feet

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Nyhavn 63 Capsule Hotel in Copenhagen, Denmark. Let me tell you why you should avoid this place like the plague. First off, I made my booking through their website, but I never received a confirmation email. Luckily, I took a screenshot of my payment because that was the only proof I had. Since I didn’t get a confirmation, I tried reaching out to them through their “Contact Us” form on their website. Guess what? No response. I sent several emails, tried calling them multiple times—no answer. I even reached out on Instagram and Facebook, and still, no fuc"""g response. (See attached screenshots for proof.) When I arrived in Copenhagen in the evening, I had no choice but to book another place on my way there. And to top it all off, they refused to refund my money. This hotel is full of sh!# and utterly unprofessional. I wish I had read the terrible reviews of other people before booking. They seem to be running a scam. So, here's a piece of advice for anyone considering this place: they are full of sh!#, and you should book someplace else if you want a peaceful and hassle-free stay. Don't let them ruin your trip like they did mine. Screenshots attached.

Avoid at all costs, My luggage got stolen from the hotel on my 1st night and they claimed that the surveillance cameras are not working!!!. They even didn’t care to call the police to investigate or check the outdoor cameras. All the stuff are amateurs with no experience at all.
