Ulasan Premier Inn London St Pancras

We were booked on Eurostar early the following day and on arrival were allocated a room on the 5th floor. At 5.15 in the morning we were awoken by an intermittent fire alarm so made our way downstairs in our nightclothes. When we got to the reception on the 1st floor were were notified that it was a false alarm and should return to our room. We went back up 4 flights of stairs to our room and the alarm stopped. However a few minutes later it started again but this time it was constant. We therefore went back downstairs again this time reaching the exit. After standing outside the hotel in our nightclothes for about 10 minutes a member of staff- the first we had seen- arrived with a lollipop and directed us to a marshalling point in the next block. About half a hour later we were allowed back inside on the say so of the fire brigade. When we went to breakfast at 7.45 the lifts were out of action and were still so on our return up 4 flights of stairs. Although not the fault of the hotel the incident was not well-managed and it made us anxious about what would happen in the event of a real fire.
