Good breakfast

The location is good and there are manu restaurants around. The room is spacious but the bed is small. The bed mattress is not comfortable and the blanket is too thick for this weather.

Staff named Aleks was extremely rude, giving a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Check-in was okay, I was surprised that IDs were not even asked during the process. The room is okay, a little bit outdated. Amenities are not the best, shower gel is non existent, it was watered down. There were some plastic trash under the bed, it made me question their cleanings. Location wise, it was great, close to public transport and restaurants. It was overall an okay experience, but probably won't come back for a second time.

A rare air-conditioned hotel in London, clean and comfortable. There are many supermarkets and small restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. The Wi-Fi is poor, but everything else is good.

The bed was small, there was some odor in the room, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy, and the shower head was not sensitive.

Very friendly. Nice room. Great dinner. Excellent breakfast.

The room has a king size bed, which is very hygienic and comfortable. There is also a sofa, tea area, and dressing table next to it. Each area has a countertop, and the skin care products and cosmetics are not placed here and there, and they are very easy to use. 

No small fridge, construction site outside, noisy

The seats were great and the room was bigger than expected. But there are no other services, no refrigerator, no ice, etc.

The location is very close to the subway and life is very convenient

We have been twice and if there is another trip to London, we will repeat.

I gave one star for the room due to the extremely poor first impression. We stayed in the Premier rooms on the higher floors, which are significantly more expensive, yet the condition was completely unacceptable. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, the corridor was visibly filthy. The carpets looked as though they hadn’t been vacuumed or deep-cleaned for months, with stains and dirt throughout. Unfortunately, the same was true inside our room: the carpet was dirty, and the wall was chipped. The worst part was the bathroom. There was a clump of old hair in the sink drain, the shower tray did not drain properly ( I didn’t dare to look what was blocking it!), the shower head had visible mould, and there was also black mould around the shower screen frame. This level of hygiene is simply unacceptable. Being a three star hotel does not excuse a lack of cleanliness. I fully understand that furnishings don’t need to be brand new, but I do expect a spotless, hygienic room regardless of star rating. At least the reception was friendly, but that’s all.
