Ulasan Premier Inn London City (Old Street)

The location is good and there are manu restaurants around. The room is spacious but the bed is small. The bed mattress is not comfortable and the blanket is too thick for this weather.

Staff named Aleks was extremely rude, giving a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Check-in was okay, I was surprised that IDs were not even asked during the process. The room is okay, a little bit outdated. Amenities are not the best, shower gel is non existent, it was watered down. There were some plastic trash under the bed, it made me question their cleanings. Location wise, it was great, close to public transport and restaurants. It was overall an okay experience, but probably won't come back for a second time.

Stayed in a premier plus room on this occasion and was very happy with it. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean and quiet and shower was great. Walking distance to loads of great places and convenient to transport of you need it.

房間有king size 床，非常衛生舒適。旁邊還有沙發，茶水區，梳妝台，每個區域都設有枱面，放好的護膚品化妝品也不會放來放去，用起來很順手。

沒有小冰箱，外面是建築工地，有噪音

位子很好，房間比想像的大。但沒有其他的服務，沒有冰箱、沒有冰塊等

位置離地鐵很近，生活非常便利

Great location, part of the city with many office buildings so there are lots of eateries and pubs in the area. Tube station very close which was convenient for us as we were in London for sightseeing. Clean rooms, comfortable beds... Friendly staff. They even allowed us to store our luggage after check out. We will book again. Next time we will definitely have breakfast.

It's perfectly located with free parking at the weekends. But it was that we were so week looked after by Karina, Gordana and Jehan. We mentioned it was our 25th anniversary and they tied to upgrade us but there was no space. But they put a bottle of champagne and balloons in our room with a thoughtful, hand written note which was such an unexpected and lovely surprise.

Upon arrival enquired about advertised early check in but was quickly dismissed by the staff member in the manner I was asking an annoying question, it was 12:45pm and the service is advertised as available from 11am subject to rooms being ready. Our room was very basic and dated with marks in the bathroom and on the carpet, noise was an issue in the night but as in London was expected to a certain degree. The most disgusting part of our stay was by far the ‘breakfast’ served on Sunday 8 December 2024. No hot water, hardly any hot food and what food there was, was undercooked and cold. No fruit juices available and no clean plates. When I enquired I was told everybody turned up at once so unable to cope. In fairness there were just 3 staff working and the manager was no where to be seen. The tables across the restaurant were full of dirty plates and we Just about able to get some cereal and the left, hardly worth £12.99 each, shape up premier inn, you charged me £222 for one night and this hotel is by far the worse representation of your brand I’ve ever stayed in.

Worst premier inn I’ve ever stayed in, no body at check in , door key didn’t work, room not clean, but the main problem was the breakfast, got down at 9.30 and there was no mugs or glasses available, all 3 fruit just containers were empty, one coffee machine ( Broken) hardly any food out , can’t blame the staff as only 3 on duty, I stay regularly at premier inns and this was so disappointing
