Many thanks for well deserved rest after a long hours of work. Excellent my only downside was the toilet when you flash it was to noisy when refilling the water and the bed was a bit squeaky when you lying down. Over all well done

I stay here quite often. It’s reasonably priced for the area. Breakfast is always nice plenty of choice. You get nice little freebies in the room which is a nice touch. Rooms are fine. The Lifts need updating that’s my only real complaint.

Got stainless steel kettle, duvet is too thin, only got air conditioner. Stuff are very nice. You had better to put the private card outside the door if you want to wake up late because the housekeeper will knock your door every morning around 9:30 am. Provide good coffee and tea bag. Facilities are better than other hotels on the same price.

hotel had a couple cowbews in the celing, single beds where a bit small (but i guess thats what you get with a single bed),staff where nice 😉😙

Check in and check out was smooth

The room was ok, quite outdated. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty both days we stayed and weren't topped up when room service came round. Overall I probably wouldn't stay here again, but ok for a quick cheap stay.

The location closed to the tube station. Unfortunately have to change the train which is bit inconvenient. The staff at reception was great. The room carpet wasn’t hoovered daily because there is a crumb on the carpet after the room is cleaned. Bathroom bit small and the bath tub is small. Bit hard to pull the button to use the shower at the faucet for the cold and hot water. Room bit tired.

Very good and high price value for London hotels. Really good breakfast and nice and clean room

No one picks up the phone unless you say that you want to book another night Dust bunnies in the room, bad lighting, inconvenient plugs. Understaffed concierge but desk staff milling about telling us to wait No scales in the hotel except the gym! Not even luggage scales

okey hotel the breakfast was better than other hiltons i have stay at the room service did not happen but i was only there 2 days so all was good for the price

Good location good room and the brand is really good so is nice

Rooms was big but old. Brown wallpaper must be from the 80’s. We enjoyed great breakfast.

Rooms are quite basic and small, location is ok as well as the service.

Location is good. Many restaurants nearby. It is at the heart of city centre.
