I do not know how a 5-star hotel I stayed before in 4-star hotels that are never at this level. The sheet was cracked and I have a picture that I informed the reception of this matter and told them that bed smell from bathroom coming out to the room and the wash is leaking !! I inform the reception Twice Regarding this, and when cleaning they do not take the used cups also and they said that the manager will talk to me and I gave them my own number to contact me to solve the problem or move to another room but no one had the interest in the guest who is me !! Even if the excuse is that it is an old hotel and the maintenance has not been renovated, especially that it is a 5-star hotel and the price of stay is not simple and since the beginning the employees are not cooperative and not interested. I never advise anyone to stay there, not luxury room or service, and if I try to evaluate even two stars I will not give them and I have pictures of what I say

A great room, a great view and great people. This was our second time this year at this beautiful property. We arrived and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Our room had a spectacular view of the city. We had drinks and snacks at the Hyde Bar in the hotel and the small bites we had were so good, we went back a second time during this stay -- all the people at the front desk, the Concierge and at the bar were absolutely wonderful! We're already looking forward to returning again1

Ah, darling, let me paint you a picture of this... establishment. It's not quite the Ritz, more of a glorified boarding house with delusions of grandeur. The furniture? Well, it's seen better days, much like the clientele. The fitness centre is adequate for those who insist on perspiring in public. Location-wise, it's splendid if you fancy rubbing shoulders with the Harrods set. Cocktails are passable, though I'd advise bringing your own Pimm's. The staff, bless their hearts, do their best with what little they have - rather like making a silk purse out of a sow's ear. The views, I must admit, are divine - it's a pity one can't live on vistas alone. Now, don't get your hopes up about value, darling. You'd have better luck finding a bargain at Savile Row. The showers are a curious affair, rooms are decidedly below the salt, and summer turns the place into a veritable sauna. The bathtubs? Vintage, and not in the charming way. The decor is about as inspiring as a wet weekend in Bognor.

I got served from Mr Karan the front desk and i got a good welcome from this gentleman . And he serve all the hotel guests with smile and he helps when ever i call from the room phone. And he helped us and recommend some places and restaurants in london to visit Thank you Karan for all things you did to us

Great service, fantastic room with a view. Great location for the tube and walking. We went for our 25th wedding anniversary and the hotel treated us like royalty. Made us feel special throughout the 2 night stay. Sue, the GM, and her entire staff went above and beyond to make the trip memorable.

The Park Tower Hotel Knightsbridge is a great hotel. The staff is very welcoming and kind and helpful. They greet you warmly each time they see you. Wonderful service. Great breakfast as well. The rooms are well outfitted and very clean. Nice views from the room too. Very close to the Knightsbridge tube station so getting anywhere in London is easy. Lovely hotel. I am booked there again in January and looking forward to it.

Where to start!! Arrived with my 6 year old who was tired from travelling, the receptionist was unable to find the booking (despite a call ahead to confirm). Therefore, we left for lunch why they resolved the issue. After this, the actual stay was fine. A couple of day later, a charge for room service and the ****** appeared. Neither were used during our stay. I then called 7days after checking out to clarify when my £100 security deposit would be returned. After a brief discussion on Saturday 2nd November, the staff member i spoke to assured me it was a query for my bank, but stated she would immediately email details to me, ahead of a conversation with my bank. I have not received anything. I am extremely disappointed by the service received. This hotel is advertised as a luxury Hotel, but the service provided does not come close to what you would expect.

This is the WORST so called Luxury hotel I have stayed in- and I have stayed in a LOT. We have been staying at The Park Tower in London for over 35 years and have well over 100 stays. When it was owned by ITT Sheraton and then Starwood Hotels, this was a very good hotel. The service was excellent, the people friendly, the hotel was in pretty good shape and you generally received value for money. Since Marriott have taken over the hotel, the services have deteriorated to the point where you could not call this a 4 Star hotel. A long list of shortcomings are as follows: 1) They barely answer the phone, especially at night and on the weekends 2) They have no Doorman 3)The airconditioning doesn't work properly (or at all) in many (expensive) rooms. The send up an "Engineer" who can't fix it because it is systemic. 4) The room are often not clean 5) The drapes are sometimes holed and dirty 6) Room service is both insanely expensive and invariably screwed up. If you have allergies - beware! They seem to get the food wrong practically every time 7) The Front desk people seem to change every month as does the concierge staff. (We have seen 5-10 different ones in the last year)They cannot keep their staff and many do not know how to do their jobs. 8) They are so short staffed for a large hotel there is only one person (waiter) handling room service 9) Even if you do not book a prepaid room they will still charge your credit card. I complained and got them to agree that they could charge my card after a week- but I was the exception. 10) They also charge (others) who prepay their rooms an addition deposit charge when they check in for extra amenities (even if they are long term customers). 11) There are people constantly complaining and leaving the hotel because of the above shortcomings 12) In the rooms invariably some of the lights or the fixtures do not work 13) They are so incompetent at the front desk that getting your reward points is a lottery (we spent over $17,000 during our recent stays and received 0 points 14) It is clear that neither Management not Marriott care about the guests and their experience. If you read the reviews about the awful problems people constantly have, you often see a response from somebody in management stating that they will discuss it with the relevant "team" in order to correct and improve the situation. As you will see from later reviews .... they never correct anything. 15) During on stay I was trying to reach the guest services on the room phone and let it ring over 100 times. So I used b]my cel phone and called fromqoutside the hotel and managed to get the switchboard after 40 rings. 16) They do not even have an in house restaurant. There is a Middle Eastern Steakhouse attached to the back of the Hotel (Knightsbridge side) , but it is nothing to do with the hotel. 17) There is a breakfast room on the 1st (not Ground) floor, but the food is crazily overpriced and the service is awful. Do yourself a favor and walk

I am a Marriott Platinum member and we chose to stay at the park tower mainly due to its convenient location and its affiliation with Marriott / luxury collection. We had a little bit of unexpected experience with the check in process which took a lot longer than it should have taken. Also I was given an undesirable room on a low floor. I explained to situation to the front desk manager Sasha. Sasha acknowledged the situation immediately and made arrangements for us which really turned the experience around. We were offered a nice room on a high floor and also complimentary breakfast, also the concierge did a great job.

There was a problem in the bathroom and no one came to fix it. Room cleaning service is not up to standard. I completed a full month of checking out and so far the deposit has not been refunded!! A very bad hotel. I do not advise anyone to stay in it.

Americans be aware that this hotel has smoking floors and they wanted to put me in a smoking suite. The rooms Are badly in need of a refurbishment and the stain on my carpet looked like someone had been killed in the room and although I repeatedly asked for It to be cleaned- it never was. My first Room smelt Like smoke and I called to tell them and they had the nerve to ask did I see cigarette butts. The manager was very nice and agreed to comp me one night but I assure you that did not compensate for what they put us through. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and shame On Marriott to listing it as luxury and no warning of the smoking.

I hate to say it, but I was looking at hotels in the Marriott Bonvoy selection in London and this one looked decent so I went ahead an booked it for my trip in September. Then , I just happened to look at the reviews on the Bonvoy Marriott website and then here and this morning I immediately cancelled the reservation as I was horrified by the poor grading and terrible reviews relating to the condition of this hotel and its rooms . I frequently stay at other Luxury Collection properties and therefore have high expectations for the place ( the bar , being the likes of The Langley out in Windsor). Why waste ones hard earned money and loyalty points , only to be extremely disappointed and regretful during ones stay. Thanks to the honest review authors here and on the Bonvoy site for painting a picture of what this hotel is actually like.
