Ulasan Novotel London Waterloo

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfasts were delicious. People were so friendly all the time. The location was very close to the Eye of London and the Big Ben. Also Lambeth North subway was in a walking distance of 7-8 minutes. I had enjoyed every moment in Novotel Waterloo. I give 5 stars with no hesitation. I strongly advise.

Pleasant hotel with good location. Front desk is helpful and staff are friendly.

Dirty Location not convinces

房間舒適，廁所與沖涼房分開很方便。位置好，出行方便。早餐豐富，出品不錯，也不用等待。出門幾分鐘就是河邊，對岸是大本鐘。

房間非常好，服務也很不錯，當時攜程預訂的2個大人2個小孩，不過到店説衹安排了兩位大人，不過跟前台協商後説是可以幫着協調。最後還是給換成了大床加沙發床的房間，

早餐好 停車方便24胖每晚

地理位置非常方便

酒店小，設備陳舊，第二天居然還沒有清理房間，體驗不太好
