Great city location for a Business trip. 30 mins walking away from almost everything.

Room is so so. The check in policy said check in at 2pm and I arrived at 2pm, but front desk lady said check in time is 4pm at the beginning, then she said 3pm, so I have to wait at lobby. But I saw someone after me checked in successfully. I don’t know why I have to wait so long.

Location can be quite a distance away from the waterloo station, it’s an approximate 8mins walk. However, service and cleanliness is top notch!

Hotel needs some renewal but it also needs some extra clean. Our room has a bad smell with some fungus. Good breakfast and good location.

Great place to stay, not far from the centre but a nice quiet area to get back to. Would stay again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We had a reservation for Christmas, but we couldn't get to the hotel because the French government BANNED all trips to the UK (because of COVID-19). Not only did they not have any accessible contact information for us to request a refund, but also did they OUTRIGHT deny the cancellation (even if we had a LEGAL RIGHT to cancel!!!). Be VERY CAREFUL when reserving with these people!! Will never choose any Travelodge hotels again. These people are just SCAMMERS!!!

Great location for the City and west-end easy for walking round London than using a vehicle. Close to main train and underground stations

De hotel was midden in London, 7min lopen van Waterloo station, en 10min van London Eye. Super centraal! Hotel kamer wat klein maar schoon, zeer vriendelijk personeel, en alles schoon. Ontbijt was echt geweldig en ontzettend uitgebreid. Uitchecken voor 12 uur was ook geweldig! Wij komen zeker terug!

Hotel muy céntrico con un desayuno inglés muy contundente. No varia día a día, pero hay buffet libre de pan, judías, bacon, tomates asados, huevos revueltos, mix de pastas y frutas, leches, yogures, etc. Para nosotros, la única pega es que no hacen las habitaciones. Puedes pedir que te cambien las toallas y el te y en ese caso, retiraran la basura; pero las camas ningún día.

沒有風筒，可以向前台借，每次洗澡都會水花四濺，弄濕沐浴間，花灑水壓很小。早餐不錯

La localización del hotel es lo mejor. Las instalaciones son bastante buenas. Tienen servicio de habitaciones todos los días aunque a horas un poco raras, en muchas ocasiones por la tarde.

位置非常好的酒店，樓下公交站通達全倫敦，離滑鐵盧火車站步行可達，早餐也不錯，建議預訂！

호텔 청결도와 위치는 매우 만족. 하지만 샤워기 수압이 너무 낮고 샤워할때 물이 안빠져서 씻다가 멈추고 다시 씻고하는 불상사가 있었음
