Big size. Got free upgrade. Will stay in this hotel next time to visit London.

所有的設施都Ok，但是酒店多收款答應退款，目前為止還沒收到。服務員服務很熱情，各國人員都有。除了我們，沒看到其他中國人入住。

前台服務是住過的酒店中服務最好的，熱情友善而且竭盡所能去幫助客人。尤其對待中國人和其他客人沒有差異。房間的設施齊全、而且很新。屋內空間也是非常大，裏面非常漂亮，我肯定還會再選擇這家酒店的，非常驚艷的體驗！

酒店是高品質的印度風格酒店。位置便利，離地鐵很近，白金漢宮很近。服務很好，給免費升級了雙卧室套房，帶廚房。酒店有很好的印度餐廳，印度餐和西餐體驗一流。下次來還會選擇這個酒店。

第四次入住Taj51,每年來倫敦陪孩子都會入住這裏，位置絕佳，出行方便，離地鐵站、超市很近，房間大而温馨，非常乾淨整潔👍，設備齊全，可以做飯洗衣，所有工作人員非常熱情有禮，還會回來

Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. Didn’t have any issues at all.

We booked a three bedroom apartment in the minsters building at TAJ 51. It was my wife’s birthday and they gave us a free upgrade which was amazing. The room was like a five star apartment with its own dining room, kitchen living room bathroom 3 ensuite bedrooms it in a fantastic location. Just five minutes walk from Buckingham Palace felt really safe convenience store just two minute walk. A breakfast pastry shop nearby. Although the breakfast downstairs in the restaurant was incredible and included in the room. All in all we had an amazing time. the staff were top-notch and nothing was too much trouble .

Excellent customer service, this place was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond and anticipated our every need. Everything was perfect.

We had reserved a suite in the apartment section of the hotel, and to our delight were upgraded to a very large apartment, complete with washer/dryer. The service was excellent, the decor stunning and sophisticated. The majority of guests are East Indian, which gave another layer to our stay. The location was perfect for us to walk and enjoy Old London.
