Ulasan Hub by Premier Inn London King's Cross Hotel

I am a tourist from Shanghai China. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. We booked a two-night stay through Ctrip that included breakfast, but when we arrived, the staff could not find our names on the list. They insisted that we had to pay an extra £8 per person for breakfast. We showed them the confirmation email from your hotel in Chinese, but the staff member claimed he couldn't understand it. When we presented the English version, he complained that the text was too small for him to read. This lack of patience and professionalism was very frustrating. Furthermore, when we went to pick up our luggage this afternoon, the staff member there was not polite enough. We thanked him for his help, but he didn’t respond at all. In a big city like London, I believe everyone should maintain a high standard of courtesy and professionalism. Hotel staff should represent the image of the hotel, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect well on your establishment. Due to this poor service, I regret to say that I will not be returning to your hotel, nor will I recommend it to my friends. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving your customer service.

Good location, close to Kingcross Room size is clean and compact Breakfast is simple but nice

I was allocated to a room without windows, however it was a great experience for a business stay. The ground floor Cafe is an extra where you can work and relax in the same place. The atmosphere is really excellent!!! I will recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

I stayed there for 5 nights. I was not very pleased as they gave me the “disabled/accessible” room despite being a solo traveller. The toilet and all it’s facilities were meant for the disabled/wheelchair bound. When I approached the receptionist asking for a change in rooms, she said she could not assist me because they were fully booked. However, I did not find that acceptable given that the booking and full payment was made months ago. No effort was made to ensure that there was a vacant room I could switch to during my 5 nights there. Room service is only done if you request for it. The dinner options downstairs is very limited as well. It is fairly near King’s cross station and I would only recommend due to the location. Service needs to improve.

Great Hotel in King across Station. Hotel staff are very helpful and I highly recommend this for short stays. Breakfast was good value for the price and all day and night coffee was also a good option via the downstairs bar. Many great value restaurants in the area including an Asian Noodles place, Kebab house and a variety of pubs. Only thing I didn’t like was the way in which you need to turn the lights on via the bed head as not really convenient.

出了King‘s Cross Station,往左轉，沿着十字路口的麥當勞這條街走不到50米，看到Premium Inn,繼續2-3 棟樓，小路上右拐就到了，距離火車站不到10分鐘。 房間不大，兩個人住的話兩個行李箱不能平攤開，床衹能一邊上下。如果作中轉圖便捷可以選擇這裏。 早餐是典型英式早餐，品種齊全，餐廳色調搭配很好。

相比傳統的老破倫敦酒店，這個酒店另類新潮，房間智能控制，軟硬件很新。早餐豐盛。出門一天後回來發現房間沒有清理，原來在洗手間有行小字説"清理房間得聯繫前台"...但前台多數時候是沒人的...還有不提供牙刷，能不能提供漱口杯？？用水瓶刷牙不是很方便。

設施新，在國王十字火車站對面，出行方便，早餐豐盛

主要是地段，離國王十字可太近了，周圍酒店類型那幾天內也是最便宜的，所以訂了。酒店出來右邊過橋左手邊有很大的一個超市，旁邊倫藝還有好多時尚店鋪和餐廳，可以好好逛逛。我們週末還趕上了市集挺不錯。 房間實在是緊湊，去日本感覺都沒這樣，也沒有什麼服務，因為所有都需要你去找服務員提需求。

酒店位置很好，underground/train出行都方便 提供的英式早餐可以説非常好 人員服務非常標準 …… 房間比較小哦，鋪開行李箱後就沒有地方落腳了 空調設施有點問題 …… 總之，如果對睡眠要求不是特別高的話，非常推薦

服務一言難盡

離國王十字車站很近，房間雖然比較緊湊但是非常乾淨整潔還很新。酒店還包了早餐！在倫敦這個地段已經是非常不錯的了。強烈推薦
