It was not too bad considering the price.

The rooms were bit dirty and some equipments were not functioning!!!

The hotel manager offered me a free upgrade to a double bedroom with nice service and being helpful.

Shower had hair in there. And the sink was blocked. Should be cleaner.

we booked sapphire hotel but upon arrival was given a room at Pearl hotel few doors away. We are happy with Pearl and have no complain . Thanks to the hotel for giving us as senior citizen a unit at the ground floor. The room is clean , quiet and a large window facing the rear courtyard. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us guide how to travel to Heathrow. Much thanks for their advise. The hotel is well located and easily assessible to many restaurants and pubs . Can walk leisurely to Westfield for shopping too. will consider to use this hotel again next trip to London

The room was very small but overall is an average for me. Looking for budget hotel in London, I think this is pretty decent

I was taken to a different building than the room I had reserved. The bathroom and room were very small. The room was minimal, just for sleeping.

Room was okay for the amount paid. The location was great with shops closeby. Bus station and subway also a walking distance from the hotel. The place was generally clean. Satisfied with the overall service

Cozy and nice hotel situated in a quiet and central neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, food shops nearby. It’s a 10 minutes walk to the closest underground station. Recommend it to anyone who comes to London for a few days and want to rest in a price affordable hotel.
