Interior of hotel looked impressive, rooms were just ok , bathroom could have been better for price point to be honest . Breakfast wasn’t great

From when we entered, it was just an amazing place. Staff very helpful. Breakfast everyone catered for. Only downside constantly asking for the entry card to be re programmed when we tried to use it. Would def recommend and visit will happen again.

I travel with my friend for two days and this hotel is general good for its price and room size, actually, I mean, better than the other one we stayed in the second daylight. And quite good for the breakfast, that is fantastic.

The hotel is good , the location is ok once you get a grip with the trains /underground. The breakfast, definitely needs tweaking , the food wasn’t always hot , tables arnt cleaned quick enough at busy times , the rooms are clean, and very spacious.

5 minutes walk to Elizabeth Line (Custom House) station. The room was big but the interior was little bit outdated.

We arrived at the boat greeted by staff not in a customer service way I am used to or experienced. This was a trip for my daughter who was 21. The rooms were ok, the beds were so uncomfortable. I have Parkinson's disease and after the first night I ached that much I was not sure that I would be able to get out of bed. So no sleep for all of my family as they all said the same. So disappointed as this was not a cheap stay . There were no interactions from the staff to us.
