The room had plenty of space with spectacular beach views from the 20th floor balcony. Nice water bottles were provided with a refill machine close to the elevators. I slept very well on the first night as the bed was really comfortable. Great facilities downstairs. Plenty of large sunning chairs. Swimming pools with slide for kids and waterfall for adult side. There was also a jacuzzi in an alcove between the pools. Lots of space to relax and enjoy a coffee in the lobby area. This hotel easily passes muster.

It was great, but the view was ruined, haha. I just found out that king bed rooms have bad views. If you want a beach view or pool view, I recommend a double or queen bed. I was too lazy to change rooms in the middle of my stay, so I just stuck with it for a few days, but the hotel was willing to switch it for me, haha.

I had requested a quiet room for my late-night check-in via email in advance, but it seems my request was completely ignored. As a solo traveler, I was given a connecting room with absolutely no soundproofing. I could hear every conversation from the next room and the hallway, as well as the hairdryer, as if the door were wide open. I returned to the hotel early in the morning from the emergency room after a snorkeling injury at the hotel beach. I had just fallen asleep when I was woken up again. There wasn't even a 'Do Not Disturb' sign provided. I requested a room change, but the service was incredibly inefficient. They said it would take 20 minutes, but no one followed up. Eventually, I called the front desk to say I wouldn't change rooms, as I was too tired and needed to rest. Two hours later, I received another call, waking me up again, asking if I still wanted to change rooms! It felt like they were deliberately preventing me from sleeping! When I gave feedback to the front desk, all I got was an 'I'm sorry,' while other rooms were receiving various gifts and welcome amenities. Ultimately, it was Ctrip that handled and resolved the issue, kudos to them. The hotel restaurant was terrible, with small flies buzzing everywhere. The ocean view room had a slanted small balcony overlooking the sea. The room was basic and shabbily decorated. When the balcony door was open, there was constant 24-hour noise from large outdoor equipment downstairs. The view was great, but it was impossible to quietly enjoy the sea from the balcony. The only good thing about the hotel is its location: in the central area of Guam, surrounded by many closed and defunct high-end stores, making it look very desolate.

The cleanliness of the accommodation was so-so. Room cleaning was done around 6 PM, even though I was on the 17th floor. ... There wasn't much to eat for breakfast, but the stir-fried sweet potato stems and kimchi were delicious. They were great for settling a queasy stomach. I made bibimbap with the sweet potato stems and the kimchi soup was also tasty. The seaweed soup on some days had a surprisingly deep and rich flavor. The pool is small but decent for playing, and the beach is great. It's shallow with no waves, and I lost track of time admiring the coral and fish in the water. All the staff were friendly. Is it true that there are really no tourists in Guam? It's incredibly quiet.

The hotel's location right in front of the shopping district is great, and there are luxury brands connected to the hotel, so it's convenient for shopping.

It was a bit inconvenient that we couldn't even check in before 3 PM, but the location was superb, and the room was spacious with a large bed, making it very comfortable. We booked an ocean view room, but since our room was located further back, the view wasn't quite what we expected.

This place is definitely recommended for those who prioritize location! The ocean is right in front, and you can also enjoy the pool. There's morning yoga where you can connect with nature, break a sweat, and then dash into the sea – it's the best! There are also delicious restaurants nearby, so we enjoyed trying different spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all within walking distance. There isn't a supermarket close by, so we took the free Don Quijote shuttle bus. The bathroom in the room we stayed in had a broken shower head holder, and the closet had a slight smell. We stayed with four people, but it felt spacious!

The location was fantastic, truly the best!!! Wow, I just enjoyed the most perfect Guam trip and now I'm heading back. It was so good that I only stayed for 2 nights on a 3-night, 4-day itinerary because of an early morning flight, which was a shame ㅠㅠ I'll definitely be back!!

Only the location was satisfactory. The room condition was poor, and the bedding was damp and moist. Only the view was good. The staff members were kind and accommodating, which made my stay pleasant throughout.

Check in and check out were very smooth. The staff were very kind to us. The live music in the bar area was amazing and the atmosphere was great in there. They offered morning yoga classes complementary for guests, and I was able to make a reservation with the concierge the night before. It was a wonderful way to start off a beautiful day.

The location and service are both excellent! I visited with my child and found it to be a safe place with convenient facilities nearby. I'd love to visit again.

PROS: Kind employees, easy and quick check-in. Delicious calamansi drink at check-in.  Bedding comfortable and clean. Large corner room. Slippers, dental kit, etc available. Bottles of water available. CONS: Dated hotel and decor.  Found multiple short hairs in restroom. Toilet was not clean.

The location was fantastic, and we really enjoyed both the pool and the beach. The bathroom facilities were a godsend for Japanese guests: a bidet toilet, a handheld shower, and a powerful hairdryer.

The location was great – only about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, and an ABC store was right nearby. However, while the view from the balcony included the ocean and pool, there were also a lot of solar panels, haha! I guess it depends on the room, though...
