It was a pity that there is no air conditioner. The breakfast was boring and not good. Overall it was a good stay there.

Excellent location, nice and clean rooms The rooms are tad small, which can be challenging if you have a large luggage.

Small group of us visiting the Royal Albert Hall. Wanted a convenient hotel and it is excellent for the RAH but the rooms were so small!! And they were superior doubles. We had 2 rooms booked on 005 and one 524, both were so small, if the were the superior doubles, dont know what the standard would be. Pathetic. Service in the bar was awful, breakfast was excellent and staff there good. Reception friendly and fine apart from 2 rooms together, one is on lower floor and other is on 5th floor. That's together??? Both rooms had defects, poor maintenance etc. Not again

A lovely hotel, tucked away down a quiet side street but only 5 minutes from the museums and underground station. Very friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms and a very, very good full cooked breakfast.

Most of the staff are really friendly except for the night shift, they were not the most helpful with not the best attitude. The rooms are on the small side, but functional.

這個價格在倫敦訂到雙床房實在可以。不過房間沒有空調，窗又沒有防蚊網，所以第一晚有飛蟲，飛進來房間。雖然設施比較老舊，但看到保養還是有的。離開地鐵衹需要步行5分鐘，附近還有好多不同品牌的酒店。

留了5晚，有3晚升降機都是壞的如果有大型行李請自行判斷要否待在這間酒店 酒店室內裝修精美，房間雖然比連鎖酒店細，但還算舒適 Bellboy 們非常熱情，用心看待需求。整體來說不過不失吧

房屋還算乾淨，就是面積太小了。衞生間也好小，而且沒有拖鞋、牙膏牙刷。周邊挺安靜的，位置還不錯。電梯也太小。

酒店好近Gloucester Road Station! 附近都有餐廳及supermarket ,非常方便！ 酒店無空調，但開左風扇都好舒服！

La atención muy buena. El lugar cumple las condiciones. Precio calidad perfecto. Aunque el hotel está un poquito viejo. Creo que con una pequeña modernización estaría mejor. Pero realmente volvería.

酒店位置London Zone1, 附近有很多景點，非常方便，慳好多坐車時間，而且周圍環境感覺很安全，早餐美味，如再去London,會再次入住.
