Kecuali Restoran, yang menyajikan makanan asli Malaysia kerana kami berasal dari sana. Bilik-bilik hotel sangat teruk dan katilnya terlalu kecil untuk 2 orang. Dalam pengalaman lalu saya, saya masih belum menemui hotel yang begitu teruk dengan lebar koridor yang sangat kecil, dan lifnya sangat-sangat teruk. Namun, penginapan saya di sini sebenarnya membolehkan saya berkenalan dengan seorang pelayan di restoran bernama Sally (harap-harap saya telah menamakannya dengan betul). Dia sebenarnya sangat peramah sehinggakan dompet saya, saya percaya telah dicopet , kata-kata penghiburannya membuat hari saya. Pasti akan kembali ke Restoran tetapi tidak lagi tinggal di hotel lagi walaupun Ctrip membayar bagi pihak saya.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Hotel yang sangat bersih, lokasi yang hebat. Berdekatan dengan restoran halal. Kakitangan sangat baik. Boleh daftar masuk awal tanpa caj tambahan. Untuk orang Malaysia, sesuai untuk anda semua!

Kami mempunyai penginapan yang bagus selama 7 malam. Lokasi yang hebat. Banyak rest halal dan makanan malaysia di sekeliling

We love the locations…very near to Bayswater stn and Queensway Stn….that makes us very easy to moves around either by train or buses. Staff are friendly & helpful…….especially e one who ckecks us in on 28Jan((cant remember his name). And also compliment to staff New one  assisted us to book our Uber to Airport…A very helpful staff indeed. Overall we enjoyed our stay at e hotel.

I pick this hotel simply because of the location and of course price. As a solo female traveler this time i was looking for a hotel that is nearest to the train station. Berjaya is just a 1-2 mins away from Bayswater Station and 4-5 mins away from Queensway Station and bus stops are all around. Walking distance to most major attractions. Room wise is just perfect for a single occupancy, huge toilet and my room came with the best street/city view. Staffs are friendly and attentive and is always on the front desk whenever you need them. Near to every eateries you wished for especially halal foods. Worth returning.

Love the close proximity to a variety of halal food options, ranging from Malay/Indonesian, Thai, Indian and Western. Had an invigorating walk around the nearby Kensington Gardens. Very close to the underground stations, too.

Loved our trip super close to everything and had Bluewater tube station or just a 30 min walk to Lourdes Cricket Stadium! Few issues with getting deposit back but sorted it quickly. Super clean facilities and our room had a Bath which was so needed and appreciated after 3 days travel.

This was our second stay at Berjaya Eden Park Hotel, and it is always good. The location is incredibly convenient, situated close to two tube stations, making it easy to get around. The rooms are compact but well-equipped with everything we needed. Nearby amenities include a Tesco Express, which is handy for quick shopping. The bathroom setup is practical, with separate wet and dry areas, making it more comfortable. Overall, it’s a great choice for a comfortable, well-located stay.

Very, very, very poor soundproofing. You can even clearly hear footsteps upstairs and people talking outside, which makes people feel very irritated, especially late at night. There is only one heater for heating the room, which is not warm enough. There is no direct drinking water tap in the room. It is not recommended to stay here! ! ! ! !

Its a bit pricey if to compare with other hotels with the same standard nearby. So we move to another hotel which is slightly cheaper with all the amenities and things we needed.

It’s convenient as it’s within walking distance to the tube. The breakfast spread was Malaysian and tasted great.

The hotel itself is good with all the amenities that you need—- safe, clean and comfortable. The location is great, close underground (2 different stations actually!) Hyde Park is 2-3 mins walk and there are plenty of options for dining and shopping around. I would stay here again.
