Worst hotel ever, dirty, runned down, no tea and coffee facicility or working TV. Half of the bulbs I. Room working in corridor smell of mildew, bteackafats on lodes was limited to toast and slice of cheese and salami. Staff unfriendly and not responsive to complaints. Worst experience that guest can have, Fawlty towers would have better standards by far. I BOOKED A SUPERIOR ROOM AND GOT A BASEMENT ROOM WOTH HANTS.

Advertised as a 4* hotel … definitely not even a 1. An unaware £50 deposit for room keys … and takes a week plus for it to be returned. Upon arrival no duvet cover, no room lights worked, black mould and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast included a ‘continental’ breakfast which consisted of a tray of ham and cheese

Lovely, well presented room in a nice location. A short walk to the nearest tube station so not too long to get into Central London. Very spacious rooms! A beautiful bathroom and great shower. Breakfast in the morning came free with the room but consisted of pretty much just toast, butter and various cereals. When I first arrived at the hotel there was no one at the front desk for a good 15/20 minutes so I had to just sit and wait to check in and enter my room which wasn’t great! Overall a nice stay for an excellent price!

The location is excellent the rest is absolutely terrible. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES. We didn’t even stay the night and went home. The hotel is so run down and dirty I wouldn’t put stray dogs in there. The guy who was manning reception was rude and wouldn’t let us check in until 2pm and spent the whole time on the phone whilst checking us in and demanded a £50 deposit. There was a thick tide mark around the bath and mould around the shower and bathroom taps. Half the lights didn’t work inside the room and up the stairs within the hotel. The handles on most of the furniture was broken as was the tv remote. Carpets were threadbare and dirty. Holes in the wall and ripped wall paper. Horrid.

I don’t have words to describe this place. This isn’t a hotel, this is a pigsty. I never seen nothing like this before. Everthing is false, the photos are not real.
I hope that hotel closes soon. They are stealing from the people. And in my opinion booking , tripadvisor are also to balame they allow false publicity and make partnerships with this pigsty.
I have nothing more to say. I will erase from my memory that this site exists.
DO NOT BOOK HERE! IT'S DISGUSTING!!

The matresses were filthy and had baby bed bugs. The manager admitted to fumigating but the didn’t replace the mattresses. The rooms were dirty the bathrooms were damaged and the carpeting was 30 years old at least. The photos of the hotel are at least as old as the carpeting and a complete misrepresentation of the condition of the hotel. Avoid at all costs.

The hotel room looked nothing like what was promised in the photgraphs. The carpet was dirty and was not vacuumed. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the corner. The fabric headboard was stained. The bathroom hot water tap did not work, The paint was peeling off the wooden bathroom enclosure. The curtains had come off the track and was not able to open and close properly. The whole experience was a disaster. Do not waste your money coming here.
