The hotel rooms are large, and in terms of safety, it is safe. I recommend it for families. The location of the hotel is very excellent, but the bathrooms do not have bidets, and the room service needs some improvement. In general, the hotel is very good

I am my wife spent a night there. We were visiting Hyde Park Winterwonderland and we decided to stay over as it was a good location. Hotel smells badly from lobby to the rooms.  Bed was so hard that we couldnt sleep well and had body aches in the morning. The bin in the bathroom wasn’t emptied from the previous occupant of the room. Met a full bin on arrival, which was very disgusting. Not sure I will ever stay here except I have no choice.

Cashless hotel, not accepting cash, card only payment which is great for me! Be green, do not ask for daily housekeeping service, you will get 10 pounds voucher daily for F&B. Breakfast buffet is great. Location, just next to Marble Arch underground station, perfect! And endless Oxford Street to shop. Also nearby Christmas Winter Wonderland. Perhaps a coat hanger in the room will be wonderful especially during winter.

Not enough staff as my room is clean very late in the evenings. Always left out towels for 3 pax. Do not clean cups all the time. Breakfast everyday is the same Room size for 3 okay. Definitely the extra bed is not sofa pull out bed. Is the normal foldable bed Staff generally well manners and try their best to assist on your queries. I am on the first floor, weekends the music is loud from happy hours onwards. The toilet abit overflow after shower and informed next morning and solved but fourth nights, started to overflow slightly again as we are staying 6 nights.Management on maintenance not up to date . Kettle, change but not good as always overflow even water is not up to max

Overall trip is good location of the hotel is good, but they have one issue in rooms that bathroom had drainage smiled all the time.

Had a great time. We stayed there for the weekend (Sat-Sun checkout Mon) to explore before our flights out of the country. Located directly next to the Marble Arch and it's underground station on Central line, so very convenient to get around. It's a very music orientated hotel, with live music every day in their bar/restaurant which is very entertaining. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, with room service 24/7. I had the double burger which was great, my partner had the tagliatelle, which turned out to be normal curly pasta instead of tagliatelle and was a bit dry, so she didn't eat a lot of it. Other than that, everything else was delicious. I loved the cheesecake! It's a green hotel which rewards you for being green, if you stay for more than 3 days and opt not to have your room cleaned on day 2 by room service, you get a £10 discount at their restaurant on the 3rd day. Who needs daily room service anyways, am I right? Overall, great comfortable stay, food was good, location was great and planning to stay here again the next time I'm in London.
