Location is good, very convenience. Close to Cinvent Garden and Jubilee market and London eyes.

Lovely room, excellent bed and facilities. Service at breakfast too slow, very good when it arrived

Before I arrived to UK, I was so excited to stay in The Savoy, however, the cleanliness is very poorly in the bathroom. I found some dirt on the floor and the bathtub. It was disgusting! The room attendants are very rude. One day when we returned to our room, the room attendance was cleaning in our room and she told us to wait outside until she finished! Also, I paid for the ballon before I arrived to UK, it was for my husband birthday, when we checked out, they charge it again! So please make sure you will check your bills! I am not happy with this hotel! Location is good! That’s it!

We arrived to be greeted by service and manners from the start to the time we left. Fantastic location,beautiful lobby and eating areas.A lovely reading room where you could read newspapers and have a drink in a quiet place. The whole place was a quiet place really.The swimming pool is good plus the steam room and sauna. The food was excellent too. We went to see Back to the future musical and it was only over the road,that’s how good the location it is as well as Covent Garden being more or less over the road too. You really do feel like a film star staying there.Amazing place.

Disappointed with the food While Ramsey grill served an excellent a bennet soufflé the Beef Wellington was extremely average with a paste for what should have been a mushroom mixture No Kippers on the breakfast menu a quintessential English breakfast was a disappointment too Staff excellent especially the door men who are now celebrities and rightly so

Perfect stay at a perfect hotel.

Soundproofing between rooms is not good. The technical box next to the bed causes noise.

There was a thief among the hotel service staff who stole the jewelry from my suitcase. The hotel said they would investigate, but they only wanted to check the surveillance and communicate with the people entering and exiting the room. They didn't expect to get it back. The hotel was first given half a day to investigate. Half a day later, the security manager said that no abnormalities were found after communicating with the three employees who entered the room. The investigation was still ongoing and there was no conclusion yet. So I called the police. The Filipino female waiter at the front desk of the hotel was very friendly, but when I checked out, it was funny again. The white waiter gave me a bill of 114 pounds in addition to the room charge. There were many items that I was not clear about. I asked for details. It was the cost of picking up and dropping off luggage, and the cost of extra mineral water (the hotel regularly supplies 2 bottles every day, and when I called to ask for water, it didn’t say there was an additional fee). I expressed my confusion, and the waiter took the initiative and said she could get it from the bill. As if giving me a favorite, I said to her "yes you should" very rudely. The final bill was less than £40. What is the purpose of this set of procedures? Offer me a discount? In addition, the water in the washbasin in the room was very slow and the breakfast was a bit rough. Write down your real experience for everyone’s reference. It is understandable that the facilities of an old hotel with a history are a bit outdated. If there is a thief, whoever is taken advantage of should go.

It's a great hotel with a very convenient location. It's very close to the subway station. It's not far from Chinatown, the Thames River, the London Eye, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey. The hotel is beautiful and the service staff are very enthusiastic. If you have any questions, they will help you immediately. You must try the Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel, it’s delicious. When checking out, the baggage staff will come in advance to move the luggage. In short, this is the most satisfactory hotel we have stayed in in London. We will choose to stay here next time if we have the opportunity.
