- Clean and very close to railway - Staff are polite - Good choice

Very clean and functional hotel. Perfect for our needs. Downside are lots of steps, no bar/restaurant. Rooms were minimal but just what we needed.

Perfect, I stayed here alone for 2 days and it’s a really nice place, no elevator but if your luggage isn’t too heavy it should be fine :) The room was clean but there were still some stain like toothpaste on the bathroom door and other stains but it’s not really disturbing… The free breakfast is nice and changes everyday. I highly recommend this place, the lady at the reception was also really lovely :)

很好！reception staff態度很好而且工作很到位！酒店環境乾淨，而且附近有boots、kfc真的很方便！離underground也不遠！

Really helpful staff, especially the manager, Aranit. Made my stay much more confortable. Helped me with a room upgrade, with adaptors for the sockets, even helped me order dinner. The hotel is in a good location, well connected. Rooms are confortable.

For a start upon arriving Aranit was so welcoming to me and my son and he was so helpful and kind to Graycen. The room is absolutely beautiful and the bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid in, in my life!!!!!! The room is so clean and cosy! Definitely 10/10 worth every penny and reccomend to anyone Will definitely be coming here again ❤️

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The reception staff (Aranit on arrival, didn’t catch the name of the guy in the morning) were extremely welcoming and friendly. My room was large and very tastefully decorated, and although I was initially concerned it might be noisy due to its location on Kings Street, I have to say that this was not an issue at all and I slept perfectly! I would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a hotel in the area.

Aranit is proud of his hotel and rightly so. It's properly clean, it's very comfortable and it's excellent value for money. If you haven't already tried it, then I recommend you do. You can check in online before you arrive and Aranit runs an efficient and friendly reception desk. I've stayed 4 times already this year and it's now my go-to hotel in this area

Another great stay at the Seraphine Hammersmith Hotel. It’s like my home from home. As a solo traveler you feel really safe, the beds are super comfy and friendly staff like Aranit make sure you feel welcomed. Ideal location and really fair price.

Aranit greeted me warmly and was very gracious with his time. The room is excellent, clean tidy and spacious. I am delighted with the location with easy access to the underground and many shops and restaurants nearby. First class.........

Excellent service ! Kept my room spotless . So helpful service by all ! Have to mention them as they were so polite and ready to help ! Arabit, Jalal, Naiam, Minhas . Would definitely recommend and go back . I explained that I was vegetarian so they made sure I didn’t have sausage rolls . I m not great with stairs but they were fully booked otherwise I m sure they would have moved me to lower floor but they took my bags up and says that whenever I needed help , to call .
