A verry smal but cosy room. The breakfast was delicious. Close to center.

Nice modern quiet room and very helpful staff. Check in process really smooth and accommodating. Little kitchen area in room is really useful.

The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was nice. However, there could be some improvements in the housekeeping area, they forgot to put towels and hairdryer in the room, had to go down to the reception to get them.

Checked in for a 2 night stay. Room was ok at first, I then realised there were no towels. Went to reception to be told there are no towels as they have not had the delivery that morning. I could have one hand towel for 2 full size adults. After spending half an hour searching the empty rooms I was given one larger towel and promised towels would arrive the next day. Off I went to work the next morning to return to no more towels. One towel between 2 people for the 2 night stay. The room was cold at night, one radiator trapped behind the bed giving off hardly any heat. I turned the thermostat on the wall up to the maximum of 30 and the room remained cold for the 3 days i was there. There was hair in the shower, on the walls and on the floor that was not mine or my partners. No toiletries provided, when I asked at reception he pulled out a box of what appeared to be left over toiletries. All miss match and some used. The walls in this hotel are so thing you can hear the conversation word for word of the people next door and even opposite. Generally a horrible smell in the lift and corridors. The bed was rock hard and only had 2 flat pillows for 2 people. Didn’t even attempt breakfast in the mornings as everything else had put me off.

Abit of a nightmare, turned up to the hotel location and was given my key for a house 5 minutes down the road, arrived and the room was clean however there were numerous stains on the ceiling, which I wouldn’t take notice to normally but the ceilings are very low. We went out for dinner and arrived back, at 1:30am the fire alarm in the whole building went for about 30 minutes, we tried to call the emergency number provided which just went straight to voicemail. Again at 8:30 the next the fire alarm sounded, not a great experience atall and the bathroom was very small.

The room was extremely small and I was given a basement room. It was quite hot. I definitely won’t be going back.

I love this place! So clean and comfy, the little kitchenette is so handy and the location is really good for easy access to both tube and buses! I’ve stayed here twice cause I love it and for the price you can’t really complain. The staff are lovely and always happy to help. Overall a great place to stay when you’re in London!

Worst hotel stay of my life! Please avoid as it is not worth the price at all. Hardly a Hotel and feels more like a student accom or hostel. Small rooms but there’s more. We got there and were asked to walk to a different building 5 mins away with all our luggage. Was not even a heat wave but the room was absolutely boiling hot with not fan. Then was asked by the receptionist if I could go down and unlock the main door as someone had locked it from the inside. Please do avoid this hotel, never even a 3 start let alone 4…

It was good but I think the bed sheets can be more cleaner

Have used this hotel on a number of occasions and it’s been great.

Great value for London with easy online booking and check-in via WhatsApp. The hotel location was good as it’s so close to the tube. The room was small but fine for one night as a couple and I liked the toiletries. My only issues; there was no mirror in the main room so when my partner was using the bathroom I couldn’t do my hair and make up. If you want to dry your hair, there is a hairdryer but no mirror and no socket near the bathroom mirror either. Also, there was only one bedside light and socket on my partners side so I had to charge my phone on the dressing table away from the bed.

We loved our stay and really enjoyed the beautiful room, well equipped facilities, view and neighbourhood. Thanks for the good and quick service via what’s up.
