Had everything except an iron and an ironing board, But they did have a clothing steamer so I guess that may have worked ..🤔

Our stay was clean and comfortable and great right by the mall!

This hotel was in the same parking lot as the mall and Dave and busters. We had plenty of restaurants in a 1 mile radius. Loved the rooms

Although our stay was short, it was comfortable. The only thing I would change is that there was no trash can in the room, I found that odd. Love the layout and the ease of shopping/eating within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the Aloft Chattanooga March 2 - 4. There was only enough towels and wash rags for one person. We called the front desk and asked them to bring us more and a iron and ironing board as there wasn't one in the room and they told us they would. They called us back a couple minutes later and told us they didn't have any towels and wash rags available at the time and that they didn't have anyone available to bring the iron and that I had to come get it. When I got the ironing board it was a tabletop one and the back legs were missing so I had to lay it on the bed to iron. When we left for the day I stopped by the front desk to ask them if they could make sure we got more towels and wash rags placed in our room. They lady at the front desk told me she was going to get with the head housekeeper and take care of it. When we got back no one had been in our room. I went back to the front desk and I was told that all the towels and wash rags were in the industrial dryer and to check back in an hour. We finally got them two hours later. I'm switching over from normally staying at Hiltons and this is not the type of service I expect from Marriott. Hopefully I can expect to have better experiences going forward.

Love that it was pet friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Didn't like the noisy congestion (connected to a mall). Had to park far away cause it was a Saturday night.

Everything was great, it was a last minute booking. We will return to this location again. The only thing I would change would be the parking. It was difficult to find a parking spot.

Thursday night karaoke at the rooftop bar is very popular with the local crowd. Entertaining! The Mean Mug coffee shop is right around the corner for breakfast.

I stayed here for a self-cation. It was literally surrounded by a mall. There were so many shopping and dining spots around. The hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. Check-in took like two minutes and the staff was friendly. I would definitely book here again if I'm back in the area.
