Its a very good traveling hotel. The room small but its okay for us. Because the area is very good and safety’s. U can enjoy to walk everywhere u like. Nice experience g

The service is impeccable. I can't find better words to say about the staff. The room is clean and tidy. The location was very convenient and very close to Royal Albert Hall and the Hyde park. Excellent!! Definitely recommend

The hotel exceeded expectations on arrival, better than the photos in the lobby and ground floor areas. Check-in process whilst smooth was a little awkward when I was told that the booking agent hadn’t transferred payment, I’d paid in full when I booked, Ember Locke would “look into this”. The facilities in the room were great, the use of the space for a city studio was good. The lighting was moody, another light option over the dining space would be an welcome option. No phone access from the rooms and laundry facilities meant repeat visits to the front desk as there was some discrepancies in information about laundry detergent and kitchen plug. Wet weather made the front tiled area slippery, a mat would be a great addition to the space. Whilst 24 hour front desk service was advised, at time of my check out the desk was unattended and I was unsure how to proceed, assuming all was OK leaving the room pass by the front desk. A refurbish of the lift interior would finish the space nicely. Overall, really comfortable stay and the opening of the bar soon will be great for this property.

Location is excellent. Very near Earl's Court tube station, eateries, convienience store and cafes. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were attentive, kind and warm always. Breakfast spread was good.

The Marriott Residence Inn Kensington is within walking distance to Kensington Garden and Palace where Queen Victoria and late Princess Diana used as their prime residence. Our room has a kitchen and cooking utensils and the hotel is right next to Tesco grocery. The nearest Tube station is about 15-20 minutes walk, but the Heathrow bus station is only 5 minutes walk.

Air con pretty much only blowing hot air instead of cold air, especially during our visit. We had to change room, even hotel engineer not able to fix it. We asked for a fan, but it took a while nothing came. The breakfast area is too crowded although quite a lot of selections. Good walking distance to Westfield

The room we had, 216, was ”dated”. With an a/c unit from the late 70s early 80s The bath/shower was very high to step into. Basin slower to empty than a politician keeping a promise and the plug needed resetting to flow out. The toilet was a handle flush which needed to be ”pumped”. We called maintenance as the only plug outlets in the room were set just above the floor and we could not use the kettle provided Two of the lifts were out of order for much of our stay causing us to walk down the stairs as by the time it came down from above in the m, there was no room left. Saying that, the issues were attended to and the staff were wonderfully courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was simple. Nothing flash but filling and acceptable. Would we stay again? Probably not as this is an instance where the staff are let down by the property.

Hilton staff were so helpful when I checked in late at night and had my room upgraded free of charge. The bath and bed were luxurious and the location is perfect. There is Shepard’s bush which is only a 5 minute walk to get to where you need to go. This is my second time staying at this Hilton and will definitely keep coming back in the future.
