I had the most memorable time today with my afternoon tea experience with my mum. We were celebrating a special birthday and Daniele made this an unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend this for the wonderful food, exceptional service and atmosphere.

교통요지에요. 어디든 쉽게 다닐수있고, 근처에 맛집부터 쇼핑까지 다 가능해요. 다만 룸이 모읍시 작더라구요. 그래두 만족했습니다.^^

Booked the Mayfair floor 1 bedroom suite. Room was very well maintained a few times a day by the housekeeping staff- in the morning, as well as evenings for turndown service, where they fix the smallest things to ensure a smooth stay. Breakfast in the hotel was great, and the additional a la carte item for diamond members was excellent, and the cherry on top.

Although I’ve stayed at Washington Hotel several times in the past, I had a very bad experience this time. The telephone in the room didn’t operate at all, so I had to call the reception from my mobile. When I arrived, outside my room door there were three workers using saw, electric screwdrivers and hammer who were working along the corridor of the 3d floor and discussing out-loud as if they were in the middle of the street. I had to call twice the Reception for them to finally stop. I asked for an adaptor for an English plug, but the answer of the manager on duty was that they had no more left, while when I kindly asked him to send somebody to purchase one on my expenses, the answer was negative. Very disappointing experience.
