We stayed at the Marriott County Hall just before the Easter weekend and had the most amazing stay! The hotel was perfect for us, it was clean, in a great location and staff were so so helpful! Every member of staff we spoke to made us feel so welcome. The bedrooms are well designed with plenty of space. The bathroom was perfect and we really liked the Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom. We loved every minute of our stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more! I really hope to return again in the future!!

Our stay at the Conrad London St. James from March 16th to the 20th was truly amazing! This stately looking luxury hotel is physically located in the heart of London within close proximity to all the wonderful ”must see” attractions. The neighborhood appeared very safe, close to public transportation and if desired, very easy to find taxi service. Staying at this fine hotel allowed us to experience a ”royal stay” from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted at the front door. Customer service is an obvious priority as set forth from the front desk to their cleaning crew. Their attention to detail rates 5 stars in every way imaginable in my opinion. The entire hotel is immaculate, the staff is professionally trained, extremely pleasant and very efficient. The lounge was wonderful,, the breakfast offered was over the top and the Blue Boar Pub was very comfortable and spacious filled with a happy clientele. An excellent value!!!

Sarapan pagi mesti 17 paun. Sarapan pagi biasa. Anda boleh mencuba sarapan Inggeris. Terdapat dua gerai untuk berkomunikasi dengan kaunter penerimaan tetamu semasa waktu makan (7:30 dan 10:00). Tidak banyak tempat untuk bersarapan di kawasan sekitarnya, dan anda harus berjalan kaki jauh. Tidak ada dewan dari pret terdekat. Makan memang memalukan. Sebenarnya sangat selamat untuk berjalan-jalan pada waktu malam. Ini adalah pilihan yang baik untuk melihat Istana Buckingham dan Big Ben. 這次住在倫敦很滿意，價格不貴，地理位置極佳，出門就是白金漢宮，我們正好趕巧看到衛兵換崗儀式。沒走多久就是熱鬧的攝政街，很滿意。 房間也很新，東西齊全，拖鞋、浴帽和棉花棒都有，水供應充足，非常喜歡他家茶包。開完床還有巧克力。早餐也是半自助式，味道還行，有煙熏三文魚我喜歡。周末大倫敦這個價格很合理，還會再來。

I took my mum for a treat over the weekend just gone and I can honestly say it is the best hotel ever! With the most amazing and loviest staff ever! They will do absolutely anything to make sure you have the most amazing stay and nothing is to much to ask of them, they go above and beyond for you and they made are stay absolutely perfect! I want to move in permanently haha! I can not wait to be back there again soon! Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart your incredible! And will see you soon x

You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

Truly an experience. My wife and I brought my mom to London for her 80th birthday, as afternoon tea at The Ritz was still on her bucket list. She had no idea I booked our stay there as well, and the Rolls Royce pickup from the airport. The hotel itself is what you expect, the Luis XVI style common areas and rooms are beautiful, but what really makes the place memorable, are the people. From our first contact with Johan, and our check in with Giacomo, Gavin, Roberto everyone was fantastic throughout our stay. The amount of time that the folks at reception are willing to spend just chatting and sharing stories with you is something you just don't find elsewhere. Many thoughtful interactions with my mom as the whole place seemed to know her big birthday was coming up. It was the experience of a lifetime. Thank you everyone at the Ritz for making it happen.

Service was nice. Hotels AC didn’t cool enough. Was fixed at 73 degrees …. My friends room the same. Location was fantastic. I had to leave a day early - wouldn’t get a refund (from trip.con or hotel) even with proof of earlier booked flight. So that was disappointing.

As a seasoned Diamond Elite traveller with IHG, I thought the rooms were dated and could do with an little upgrade. Simple things like USB plugs, which are pretty standard in most IHG hotels etc. Our initial room was on the 5th floor and we were not advised the A/C was not working. A short phone call with Swathy and she sorted us out with an alternative room….Great service. Just a note to add - you can here the tube line if you’re on the lower floors, so bear that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

The room was tidy and had everything needed. It was located across the road from my office, and right outside the tube which is great. The biggest downfalls are there is no fresh air, windows don’t open (if you are lucky to get a window room) and the fan/air con only goes down to 18’ which in a small Room, makes it quite stuffy and warm, sometimes uncomfortable. Check in was delayed, I arrived at 9pm, and took over 20 mins before someone came to reception (no apology). Check out was straight forward. I did like the little dispenser at the front of the hotel in case you forgot any essentials, which I did (toothpaste!).

Not the most luxurious of hotels, but so conveniently located, that I can overlook that. I found the staff extremely helpful and congenial. Some reviews say this is not so, but I disagree. What you should know if you decide to go to this location: 1. If you plan to stay for more than three days, upgrade to Premier Plus. 2. Add breakfast to your stay. 3. Purchase tissues, toilet paper, and other such necessities at the local Boots store before your first night. You won't find tissue in your room. You can get all the toilet paper you want if you ask, however. But they are small rolls and don't last long. 4. Bring hooks, over the door perhaps, and suction hooks for mirrors. 5. Wifi is subpar. Don't pay. It is supposed to come with Premium Plus, but it doesn't work, and it certainly doesn't work on three devices as advertised. Just go with free and suffer through. 6. Restaurants in the area are great, especially the sushi one (make a reservation). Several restaurants are in the County Hall building.

We booked for my husband's birthday and our anniversary, we were upgraded as it was a special weekend and our junior suite was beautiful, the views were lovely from our 3 windows and it was so easy to check in using the app. Will definitely be back.
