酒店位置很好，交通方便，無論出遊去經典景點，還是坐車去各個地方，也是非常方便 酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨寬敞。 酒店的前台服務也很好，下次回來再入住.

設施：三星級酒店，設施還算新，大廳比較大 衞生：衞生不錯，酒店的整體衞生都不錯 環境：靠近商店，麥當勞，地鐵以及公交站，住在這裡是為了拜訪客户近，離長灘市裡可搭乘地鐵，比較快 服務：前台服務很好，很熱情

周圍很方便。餐廳葯店超市都齊全，最主要是安全！價格也公道。比一般的汽車旅館好太多。值得推薦

酒店小但是很有度假風，很温馨，周邊吃飯的地方也很多，離開輕軌也很近，車程到cruise terminal也就十幾分鍾，整體感覺挺不錯！

Better than the big name hotels. The Cove Hotel, Long Beach, feels like an oasis. Modern, well-appointed, clean and staffed with some of the best people you'll find when you're away from home.

I liked the room a lot. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was awesome. I didn’t like that Saturday night loud music and talking from another room and outside. Fortunately I had earplugs and my friend was so tired that she conked out and slept like a rock.

Room had overwhelming smell. No overhead lights in room. Floor lamp only worked on wall switch near entry door.

Overall, I’d rate our stay here - average. The room was clean but the smell of cleaning chemicals was overwhelming, nauseating even. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear your neighbor’s conversations clear as day. The area surrounding the hotel was a little scary. I was afraid to leave our car in the parking lot overnight. I would not stay here again.

Immaculate grounds and room. Attentive and professional staff. Reasonable price for location. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again.

I booked my stay through *******. It CLEARLY redirects you to the cove website to choose a room and rate. Upon arrival we noticed we were placed in the wrong room, a cheap room and not what we booked!Upon bringing it to the attention of the front desk we were met with attitude and told "well next time use your head and book directly with the cove. Zero customer service. Also the amount of mold in the bathroom was just mind blowing.

Everything at the hotel was very nice. The area itself is pretty sketchy but the parking lot, etc was secure and I didn’t feel unsafe.

Beautiful Hotel. The only Problem was the Thermastat did not work so the heat stayed on the whole time , we did advise the The front desk , they came in and looked at it , but it still did not change after he left. It was So So hot in the room, very uncomfortable, but over all the whole staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and Sweet.

Not in the nicest neighborhood. The registration person asked if I felt safe in an "outside room" which was concerning. Went to CVS across the street and the worker told us she had stopped several shoplifters that night alone. It was also very loud, lots of sirens. Otherwise it was clean and the pool looked nice.
