入住前研究了很久，最終選定了香敍酒店，考慮有三點：一是離振成樓很近，步行就能到；二是酒店完全由園土樓改建而成，住起來氛圍感拉滿；三是酒店每晚在自己的劇場就有表演，晚上即使待在酒店也不會無聊。
即使有較高的期待，實際入住體驗仍然讓我們一家有驚艷感。首先是房間體驗，我們由雙床房升級成親子房，房間的硬件設施都很不錯。其次是氛圍感，夜晚燈光亮起的時候就已經覺得這趟值了，尤其是演出前的燈光效果很夢幻。唯一的遺憾是即將開始演出時雷暴雨，導致沒能看到實際表演，但店家後續也補發了其他時間的演出實拍視頻給我們，略微彌補了遺憾。最後是服務，酒店服務非常好，每一位服務人員都熱情熱心，讓人心情愉悦。
總體而言這是一次非常好的住店體驗，在這裏尤其要感謝酒店的管家林慶德師傅，無論是來回接送還是觀光時的全程陪同，林師傅一直在講解土樓歷史和特點，還幫我們規劃和安排更輕鬆的路線，使得我們能在一天時間裏盡賞振成樓土樓羣、承啟樓土樓羣、田螺坑土樓羣還有雲水謠景區的精彩。

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay in this family run hotel just next to the Tulou. Had a nice river/mountain facing well equipped room with projector TV, wireless charging side table and v.comfy beds. Boss and his 2 nephews were most hospitable and offered their utmost assistance to us. . Everyone were super friendly and sociable. Hakka food is pretty good at the hotel and they do BBQs during the summer months outside at their patio , great to chill & socialise with the locals over a drink or 2 . They even had fireworks. Highly recommend to take the hotel package inclusive of the tulou night show plus a hotel set dinner.

I believe this hotel is the biggest and most beautiful in the area. It is completely in accordance with the Tulou vibe, making it a great place for pictures.
The room itself is quite big, with a nice view of the inside of the hotel.
The staff was kind enough to confirm all the details one day prior our arrival. Hence, we were able to sort out the missing details and arrive and leave with no delays.
I would definitely recommend this place if you are already going to this part of Tulou.

很滿意的一次旅行。第一感覺就是，酒店客服很負責任，服務很到位。還沒入住就已經主動聯繫，擔心我們找不到景區入口，還親自出來遊客中心帶我們進去，並耐心講解。是一位很年輕的小哥哥。讀旅原來是連鎖店我才知道，景區內有兩家，文苑和升恆樓那家是一起的，都是利用舊建築裝修成比較現代的格局，有種古今交錯、中西合璧的感覺。民宿內有十個房間，我們住的是狀元房，在樓梯左轉單獨一間，所以很安靜不會有人經過。房間很大，飄窗部分是我們最喜歡的，可以喝茶聊天還能看到隔壁民居的日常平靜生活。浴室也很大，有個大浴缸，喜歡臨窗泡澡的不要錯過。馬桶是電動的，比較智能，洗漱用品也比較好，不廉價的感覺。花灑水壓很大，洗得很舒服。整體感覺就是安靜寧謐又接地氣。早餐是在升恆樓吃的，步行過小橋大概就五分鐘不到的距離。是我見過比較樸實又真材實料的早餐。那些番薯就想老家自己種的番薯，其他食材也都很新鮮，還能順便參觀一下升恆樓，挺不錯的。唯一提兩個建議，卧室和洗手間之間有個門隔斷會更好，帶孩子會沒那麼尷尬。另外就是洗手間掛衣服的設施或者廁所放手機的設施適當增加一點可能更方便，可以研究看看怎麼做到不影響簡約佈局的同時又能方便客人。

For sure a nice place to stay with interesting experience to live in a special camping tent, but with hotel service and bathroom. The staff was good. The location is also close to one of the main attraction. Yongding Tulou just in 5 min walk and not far away from Nanjing Tulou if you drive.
During the night, from the balcony also possible to see the light of Yongding night show.
Since the place is located near a river can be noisy to sleep, but I found it more as a nice relaxing sound.
The room was ok, but the bathroom was a little bit smelly. Each room have AC which also can be used for heating, no problem to stay in winter time.
For an additional price a BBQ grill can be rented. You can bring your own food or just order a meal set from the place.

第一次來這個酒店，衹顧着拍土樓照片，忘記拍酒店住宿的照片了。保潔大姐清潔的很乾凈，晚上電視不會開，一個電話，前台也上來幫我處理。晚餐也在酒店這邊吃的，口味很正，價格也實惠，工作人員非常有禮貌，下次一定會再住這個酒店

民宿在永定土樓王子景區內，在半山腰觀景平台旁邊，停車方便，老闆一家都很客氣，我們到的時候下午三點多，景區要五點以後才允許民宿客人開車進去，老闆娘特地開車來門口接我們，把我們送到景區最裡麪，慢慢玩出來，到門口差不多正好可以開車進來，晚上老闆一家還特地開車送我們到振成樓看燈光秀。在他們家吃的晚飯，土雞特別鮮美，價格也很實惠，真心推薦去永定土樓的住他們家

一家人自駕來參觀土樓遊玩，在攜程剛好看到這家店是新裝修的，就選擇了這家，進來大堂感覺高大上，乾淨，大氣，還帶有小孩遊樂區，茶室休閑區，前台服務熱情，是當地人，耐心的給我們外地遊客介紹附近的路線啊，小吃啊，旅遊攻略什麼的，簡直不要太熱情，房間乾淨整潔，設施設備都是新的，新裝修的就是不一樣，也沒有裝修味道，一整晚睡眠質量都贊，床很舒服，酒店周邊有當地的特色，有牛肉湯啊什麼的，特別是牛肉湯，強烈推薦！！！ 總體來説，這次入住挺滿意的哈，下次會推薦朋友來

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is located in a very friendly, small village. We stayed three nights and freely walked the village and the Tulous often being stopped by curious villagers to ask us where we are from. It’s clear foreigners are few and far between in this village but everyone was very welcoming. We have no complaints about the cleanliness, location or breakfast. The rooms and hotel itself are beautiful. If you are a light sleeper (like my friend) the babies crying in the next room or the child and father laughing and chatting in the other room till gone midnight might bother you. If you’re a deep sleeper like me, you’ll be fine! The hotel staff didn’t really offer much information to us initially. You’re kind of left to it. But when I added them to wechat they did answer questions we had and they cleaned the room when asked. For future reference here’s some information for foreigners who make make the journey.
We found two good restaurants in the village and there are small shops with basic necessities. You can arrange a car to take you to different Tulous driving distance away or you could just walk through the village and into neighbouring villages exploring the more authentic Tulous. To be honest, the “tourist” Tulous weren’t of much interest and didn’t take a single photo. The more authentic, natural, “left to their own devices” ones were much more appealing to us. You can’t get the typical shot from a hilltop of a small group of round Tulous here in this village but you can get so much more of an authentic small, relaxing, quiet village experience at your own pace. We had a driver from Xiamen airport - 3.5 hours there because he didn’t take the highway but the provincial road. On the way back to the airport we came via the highway and it was 2 hours. It’s quite far away but we think it’s very worth it if you go prepared. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. We booked this hotel, therefore the location based on the look of comfort and the fact we wanted traditional, with modern amenities so we could relax as well as explore. It ticked all those boxes.

TTravel_FRVery helpful owner who is the 6th owner of the Fuyulou (Fuyu Building). I suggest you shall book the hotel first before you book for any other tour arrangement at tulou. The hotel owner will be able to provide a very personalised tour arrangement with reasonable price and with local advise. Hotel is clean and feels like home. Food is good too at the hotel. We had our dinner every night at the hotel. Very highly recommended stay, food and tour.

QQiongyoubupa房間很乾凈，佈置很温馨，浴具業齊全，關鍵是樓下就是咖啡店，提供簡餐，咖啡香充斥整個客棧，樓上有超大花園平台，每層樓都有超大活動空間，喝茶喝咖啡，咖啡是免費現磨咖啡哦，孩子游戲都沒問題，老闆夫妻和氣周到。價格也不貴，還有啥比這個更好的？周圍的夜景也不錯，過橋就有吃現殺牛肉的的飯店。

Very clean and room was spacious. Wifi was spotty. Can do laundry here for free. No dryer.

JJohn KenzoThis is the second time I am using this hotel. They have arranged a room at level36. Nice level and great view.
Room is clean with fresh sheets. The issues are the rain shower was leaking spraying upwards. The air-conditioning is having a malfunction. It's either too warm or too cold. It's like 8degrees at night and it's really cold in the room or hot like sauna. Well stayed there for 2nights. There are Christmas decorations for the season. It make the hotel lobby livelier.
Morning breakfast is decent. Its served with American breakfast and local Chinese cuisine.
There are two major shopping malls beside it and one opposite. Great malls to hang out for Starbucks or McDonald's. There are many chinese restaurants available serving delicious food. Western food and Japanese cuisine are available too.

AAdam RyallA really inspiring place to stay. It is in a village on the river that is full of Tulou, and the hotel itself is a converted Tulou designed by a team from Xiamen.
It is modern, cool, beautifully restored, and has great quality rooms that don't creak, are warm and well insulated, have quality fixtures and fittings, a comfy bed, and an old and contemporary feel melded into one. . There are dedicated staff who looked after us, served us free tea, came running to give us umbrellas when it started raining, and chatted pleasantly.
Even the breakfast had been redesigned by someone. Loved it.
There is not much English language in the hotel or area though, and with covid protocols to deal with at the moment, you need a test from the last 48 hours to even stay.
We also travelled by car, so no idea how easy it is to even access this area using public transport.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

Although I could not wake up due to sickness they attempted to tell me that was night stars Infront of house that I missed chances. He noted my disappointment of no photo taking at all they offered to fetch me to major location to have last photograph scene before check up. I was happy n satisfied stay during the 2 nights.

SSteven DowsonWe arrived very late (11.30pm) after a long drive from Wuyishan but that wasn't a problem, we had booked the hotel mostly for it's proximity to the motorway but were pleased to discover next morning that it was less than a kilometre to Hongkeng tulous and a few kilometres from Gaobei tulous. The room was basic but very clean, the bed was large & comfortable, and the area very peaceful. Great value hotel.
