My stay was excellent from beginning to end. The location was truly perfect, with easy access to everything I needed, which made the overall experience even more convenient and enjoyable. The service was very good, with staff who were polite, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. The room was spacious and very comfortable, offering the sense of relaxation one looks for when traveling. Overall, it is a choice that combines comfort, a prime location, and quality service, and I would definitely choose it again.

客棧位置非常好，是個大庭院，一進院子，滿滿的桂花香撲鼻而來，好聞極了！客棧有前後門，後門直通江畔水東街，古城濟川門、古城牆、八喜樓、大夫第等景點步行都在十分鐘之內，長汀最美的汀江夜景，散着步就看完了。水東街就是美食一條街，長汀特色美食應有盡有。房間內設施齊全，衞生保潔很乾凈，每天送的都是礦泉水。前台服務人員態度很熱情，這次的入住體驗非常愉快！

Very friendly staff and a large clean room. I was given unlimited water which was nice as I was there for a race. There is a yearly Guang Zhou Shan marathon which I was there for and this is the perfect spot as it's just 5mins walk to the race pack collection and starting line the next morning

More than a Stay - A Warm Family Welcome in the Heart of the Tulou! From the moment we arrived, we were treated not as tourists, but as guests of the family. The hosts – the Father, Mother, and their Son – are the soul of this place. They are incredibly friendly and go so far above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special. The Son was our main point of contact and coordinated everything for us with great patience. He arranged our visit to the magnificent 振成楼 (Zhencheng Lou, the ”Prince of Tulou”), with Mother sharing fascinating stories about its history that you won't find in guidebooks. But where this family truly shines is in their genuine care. As overseas visitors, we were completely unfamiliar with local transportation and booking systems for our next destination. The Son sat down with us, helped us navigate the Chinese online systems, booked our train tickets, and gave us detailed instructions for the rest of our journey. He spent a significant amount of his own time to ensure we were set up for success, which was a gesture we will never forget. The homestay itself is a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Decent simple home-cooked breakfast with the family was priceless. In summary: · Hospitality: Unmatched. 對於僅僅是住一晚而言，7天優品性價比還是挺高的。離冠豸山很近，酒店門口就有免費的停車位，也有好幾家餐廳。連鎖品牌，房間、床品都很乾凈、帶窗户，有電視，大床房，兩個人住也沒覺得房間太小，衞生間還挺大的，洗宿用品、拖鞋、洗臉巾都是一次性的，特別是一次性杯子，每個都是獨立塑封好的，這樣就很衞生，房間裏有提供2瓶520ml的飲用水、花露水、蚊香液、電吹風等，感覺很用心在做事的一家店，房價85一晚，還含早餐（有手工做的包子、饅頭，雞蛋、五穀熱飲、粥、現炒時蔬、西瓜等），老公説包子還挺好吃的，前台客服、餐廳阿姨等都很熱情，服務意識高，會推薦給身邊的朋友，下次還會去入住。

The place is beautiful and unique. The Owners were super thoughtful. Even though the place is a literal museum piece so accommodations are different from a normal hotel, the rooms themselves could be a bit better cleaned. Below the beds and behind thinks it was quite dirty with things left from previous clients I would guess. Either way the stay was amazing.

Best tulou I've stayed in. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, the private bathroom is good. And we got to play with the puppy Xiao Bai for hours 🥳 The cluster is also great, with tulou of very different ages, and much fewer tourists than elsewhere.

Everything was good until taxi service provided by accommodation. Driver was rude, making decisions where to go and when to go on his own against agreement with the hotel owner, non-communicative, escalated the conflict in the end and dropped me off far from railway station. Was supposed to drive me around for 4 hours, instead only 2.5, that including all the time wasted on disputes. As a result I didn't see what I wanted to see and both of us got angry. I paid him less, but I don't think he deserves money at all because of his attitude and the fact that I didn't get the service I wanted.
