Basic amenities are what you’ll get and what you should expect; don’t think you’ll get anymore than that. We literally saw an arrest happen right outside our windows one morning.

Stayed here for one monthish on two seperate visits due to relocating. We picked this place because it had free parking and breakfast with a kitchenette. It was definitely a hike from Los Angeles and traffic around 210 in the evening 😫😫. The place is clean and the maids on the fourth floor, even when they are tired are pretty thorough. All the people at front desk are really nice. Breakfast was pretty good, sometimes they run out of coffee, but some people really be filling up on the coffee. For the most part everything is there and clean. If they don't have something, they adjust pretty well. There are 3 ladies that keep it up pretty well in the morning. The gym also is clean. Like the coffee, the main desk is good about keeping it filled, but people also fill stuff up. The laundry room also in here. One of the dryers wasn't that great. The equipment sort of old, probably time replace it. McDonald's is in parking lot and a cheap gas station. It tends to get busy around the end of the day in the parking lot. Othereise had a really nice stay.

I've stayed at this location multiple times for Cal Poly Pomona activities. Walking distance to many stores and fast food type restaurants. I. E. Ikea, Walmart, Target, Sprouts, Dicks, Marshalls, Ulta, In and Out, Chipotle, Hawaiian BBQ, AkiPoki etc. Not the closest hotel to Cal Poly Pomona but can easily get to/from the college. Have stayed in multiple room types (double, king, king executive) over the last year. It's a little older hotel that could use some fixes/touch ups in the bathrooms but overall comfortable and clean. Microwave and mini fridge was very useful for us. Latest visit, the shower head should be replaced. Lots of water pressure but spray wasn't adjustable. This trip was short but have spent a week in an Executive King. The sitting area (sofa/TV) is between where the bed is and the bathroom. If you get up alot during the night I suggest packing a night light for the bathroom. Also, recommend requesting a room away from freeway if freeway traffic will bother you. Noticed it more the first night and not so much after. Hotel staff always friendly and helpful. Front desk, housekeeping and dining area all very professional and welcoming. Did not get room cleaned but housekeeping did knock on the door to ask if we needed any items. Two USB-A phone charger on alarm clock next to bed. Need adapter if only Type C. Free parking is nice. Would see security guard walking/patrolling the premises in the evenings.

When we checked in and were given a room in the front section of the hotel, we didn't think anything of it. UNTIL we tried to find a parking spot near our room. Not possible - the lot was FULL of guests with semi trucks. We went back in and shared our concerned and asked ID we could have a room in the back building. The receptionist stated, ”well THOSE are suites”. Yes...and? She was extremely reluctant and seemed irritated to move us. She finally did move us to a quite empty section of the back building where we could park near our room and where it was much quieter. The lobby of this part of the hotel had a soda machine, some nice furniture, and ”fireplace”. Cozy! There is also a guest laundry room just as you start down the hallway. While going to the Grand Canyon National Park the next day, housekeeping did not visit our room. We didn't expect a full service cleaning of the room, but it would have been nice to have the trash taken out and towels refreshed. So, when we got back I called the front desk, I iexplained that we didn't have a housekeeping visit and that we needed more towels. She said she had no idea why housekeeping hadn't been to our room but i could come to the front and get some. I did - there was a girl in training who was very pleasant. The regular receptionist was on the phone. Noone could tell me why there was no housekeeping service. The following morning, after a significant snowfall we left later than we usually do (around 9am), and they were just starting to clear/salt the walkways. Packing up the vehicle wasn't easy! When I went to the front desk to check out I asked for a receipt she said ”ok” and since it was taking I got a little breakfast and coffee to go. I then went to get the receipt no one said a word to me. This is the usual here- no greetings or niceties coming in or leaving. No casual conversation. The housekeeping staff, maintainence staff, and other employees were nice and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely go back.the service was great .

Arrived at the hotel late at night and accidentally left my sneakers in the lobby. My husband went downstairs about 5 hours later to find them and ask the front desk girl, Janelle, if she had seen any sneakers. She said yes she did but she doesn’t know where they are. He asked if she put them in the lost and found and she said that it wasn’t her job to do that and that she wouldn’t touch those things. He asked why she didn’t call us after we checked in so we could come grab them. She responded that we were the ones that left them and it wasn’t her responsibility. I finally met him I’m the lobby and he told me about her bizarre behavior. I looked in the trash cans. I went outside and doing my shoes in the dirt behind a bush. I brought them into the hotel and showed her my shoes. I asked her why she would throw them in the dirt. At first she denied it then responded with I didn’t have time to deal with shoes. I told her her customer service was horrible and that she was lazy. She looked at me and said YOU ARE UGLY. I was shocked and speechless. We returned to the room and called down to talk to a manager. (Shock, no manager on duty for the whole weekend). The same girl, Janelle, said we were harassing her and she would call the cops to have us escorted off property. WHAT???? I called corporate and they took a report but never returned my call the rest of the weekend. I guess a bunch of rude, incompetent children are running this hotel and no management around to keep them in line.

My stay was great! It was quiet , clean and very peaceful. The view of the pool area was so pretty. I would definitely stay here again for sure . Thank you Vanllee 😁

Kawasan yang bagus....tetapi orang yang menduduki bilik lain agak bising. Saya akan mengatakan ia adalah kumpulan orang yang lebih muda yang tinggal di sini. Kakitangannya menyenangkan, bilik yang telah diubah suai bagus tetapi bilik yang lebih tua tidak begitu bagus. Harga yang saya rasa terlalu mahal memandangkan orang ramai dan kebersihan...
