Ulasan Super 8 by Wyndham Hollywood/La Area

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of updates. My family and I checked in on Friday afternoon and the man at the front desk was very unfriendly, rude, couldn’t even greet us with a hello or at least with a smile. While I was talking to him he never looked at my face, also while I was talking to him he started to talk on the phone, he was not helpful at all, no manners whatsoever. He couldn’t even explain to us how to access the elevator. As soon as you walk in it smells really bad and they tried to cover that smell with lots of another horrible smell of some kind of incense. Be aware that next door to the entrance of the hotel there is a door with no signs… what a surprise when it turned out to be a bar/club that has loud music at night right below the rooms, very difficult to sleep with loud people talking and the loud music. Very uncomfortable beds, old and uncomfortable pillows, terrible. The housekeeping was not very clean, the bathroom had mold on the edges of the lower wall, dirty floor, dirty walls, dirty doors. We were very concerned about bed bugs. Thankfully we didn’t find any, but it was a terrible stay at this place. No tissue paper, no dryer, at least there was a mini fridge and iron. The carpet in the room was disgusting, it also has some holes. This hotel is in bad condition. We didn’t even try the breakfast for sanitary reasons, if the rooms and the hotel are in this condition who knows about the breakfast. This hotel is by Wyndham I honestly was expecting at least a clean and comfortable bed, what a disappoin**ent. It needs better management, upgrades, renovations, cleaning, sanitation, or close this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

Place was clean and location is near Target store where you can easily buy your necessities. However, Internet connection did not work through out our stay.

Except all the rest, the room was very homy and comfortable. Great value for the money. Clean restroom and enough space.

環境非常非常非常差，屋裡還有一股奇怪的味道！！！窗户衹能開一個小縫，絕了！！！唯一的優點可能就是免費停車！

衞生還行，但是房間的香氛味道很重，而且整體環境一般，樓下有個酒吧，所以晚上會有噪音，不過停車方便，靠近荷里活大道，提供早餐，但是衹有麪包，中國人估計很難接受那個味道～

酒店位置还可以离地铁站不远, 走路五分鐘, 但是強烈建議不要搭地铁, 到处是流浪漢, 全身很脏臭, 感覺很不安全．地铁站的入闸机被人破壞,很多人不买票就进站．酒店所在地在荷里活区, 离环球影城, 中國大戏院、荷里活山標誌等景點不远, 交通便利．附近有一家很大的Target超市, 地铁站旁邊有Ralph, 还有一间泰式粉麵店,味道很正宗．另外有一家日式杂貨店,东西價廉物美．酒店周邊环境一般, 常有无家可归者睡街边, 地面有垃圾．酒店不包早餐, 但可以借微波爐用, 每三天清潔一次房間．房內有暖氣, 冬夜开着比較舒適．房間面積比較小, 有小冰箱, 咖啡機, 风筒, 沒有牙具拖鞋等．浴室及地板墙面好像重新裝修过, 看起来比較新．只有一部电梯要刷房卡才能用．

立地もとても良かったです。空港から近いです。とても清潔感があり素晴らしい施設でした。次回も利用したいと思います。

그냥 그래요 코로나라서 방 안 치워주고 수건도 데스크에다가 요청해야해요 미니냉장고 있고 커피포트 있어용 막 더럽지는 않고 허름한 옛날 호텔같아요 호텔보다는 모텔? 싼 가격에 머물만 해요

差評是給攜程的！攜程太差勁，顯示有早餐店家説根本沒早餐！攜程總是做這種事情！住的環境也很差，隔音很差，被子很薄

Horrible place. The awful bathroom fan and the noise- I don’t recommend anyone staying here. Oh and the complementary breakfast it’s true it’s only toast, coffee, and tea. What a joke.

Paid for this knowing I was getting what I paid for but when "breakfast" is included I was assuming it meant more than bread and packaged cinnamon rolls. No fruit or proteins. Just bread. Literally. Slices of bread. The beds were fine, room was decently clean aside from leftover hair on the sink from a guest (shaved hair) and the shower ran hot Dont recommend for families
