The Haas, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The room is big and the location is easy to reach as well. However, the surrounding area is filled with homeless and ************, I didn’t feel safe when I went back the flat at nighttime. Meanwhile, the service is extremely poor, staff is rude and unhelpful. My room originally had no hairdryer, and I went downstairs to the reception for over 5 times to finally have it delivered. Other than that, they totally mismanaged the booking information as I was supposed to stay 4 nights with them. In the morning of my fourth day, their staff just broke into my room while I was asleep without permission and demanded me to leave. They later realized I was supposed to stay one more night there upon clarification. With these terrible experience, I would never go back to this hotel even it is for free. Extremely unsafe if you are a girl travelling alone in LA

Okay n stay only one night

前台小姑娘總是笑容滿面，服務態度不錯。房間面積不小，設施齊全，有全套廚具，包括電磁爐、微波爐、冰箱、鍋、碗、杯、刀叉勺等。地面很一般，普通瓷磚有破損。最大問題是處於市中心，不夠安全，晚上也能聽到街面上喊叫聲、警笛聲，天黑狗基本不敢在周邊逛。後來聽洛杉磯的朋友説，來洛杉磯不要住市中心，應該住到華人聚集的Arcadia 等地去，安全，華人超市物品齊全，到處可以説中文。

很适合多天长住的行程。我也看了很多点評才訂的，綜合前人的意見都很实在。地点在市中心，生活很方便。街上會有流浪汉，但大白天沒什麼的。經常听到警笛声，其實在美國的市區很正常，他們一点事都會出动，好像是大事情。我比較满意是房間面積夠大，廚房設備齐全，附近买菜、地铁、商场May ＇s只步行5、6分鐘。價格也合理，很好！

Cp值滿不錯的套房式飯店 住起來舒適 唯一缺點就是外面有些街友 晚上警笛聲的頻率滿頻繁 但是體驗洛杉磯的街頭風格是很不錯

I’ve stayed in a lot of places but this was the most deceiving one ever. Not what we expected. This was a very loud location that kept us up all day and night because the poor quality windows (single pane glazing). Our one in-house phone wasn’t connected so we had to use our personal mobile devices to contact the front desk. Staff were generally nice - that wasn’t the issue. But if you need a good sleep look elsewhere. Very disappointing.

There’s no parking for this hotel. We had to park across the street and down the way. Very inconvenient. But our room is really nice and clean

I went to concert that weekend and need to be in my room by 4 to get ready, but room wasnt ready. So the staff was very nice about it and gave me a upgrate to a room bigger than the one I had that was ready. So I have nothing to say, room was clean and beds very comfortable. I totally recomend. Just know that you will have to pay for parking because the hotel has none of its own.

Large renovated apartment with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. The washer/dryer in the room seemed at first like a nice surprise but did not work properly. Parking garage across the street works, although has too many things broken for $20 a day, like elevator for example. Will stay again if in the area
