Im a little late with my review after I got back home I got busy, But I remembered! About JOSE a server/employee At Marquis. We went On May 12 OH MY what an amazing service he gave us a Immaculate Experience to Lukas” and me, ”Alejandra”. He was super attentive with literally everyone Handling multiple Desires and He would bring us Paradise drinks and food, You can tell his energy above and beyond With his pure energy it was Contagious Filling us with Joy! Jose Iso mi viaje Excepcional Algo que siempre voy a recordar su Humildad Y sonrisa. You can tell he works really hard and always Smiling he was usually in the pool areas Reccomending us the best. I would give him a raise👏🏻👏🏻🇲🇽! Well deserved Loved his positive attitude, Fue Excelente Jose fue demaravilla I would ask for Jose to be taking care of me next time I go! 100% oh and Elias was Amazing as well Good hard working MEN

Selected this hotel after considering a number of options in the corridor and San Jose del Cabo. We very much enjoyed our stay. The omnipresent art, friendly staff and unique location were a nice break from our “usual” stays in Los Cabos. The hotel is located on a point with the marina on two sides and views from the rooms generally overlook a small portion of the marina and public beach before the sea of Cortez beyond. The beach club is a short boat ride away with the hotel maintaining a “boat shuttle” service all day. Service at both the rooftop pool and beach club were excellent. The roof top pool is oriented with the long side facing the sea allowing for a great view without feeling too crowded. The beach club is also picturesque and well situated in a cove with light surf. Highly recommend this property as a break from the “normal” resort. The art, ambience and service make this mid-sized hotel feel like a boutique experience.

Recently stayed at Hilton Los Cabos and booked with the Altamar package. The hotel was great on the communication front ensuring everything was lined out for us before our arrival. Check-in was seamless and the staff was very welcoming. Room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Only downfall of the rooms is that they could use some additional lighting. The hotel hotel grounds are very well manicured and shows that it is taken care of. As far as where the hotel misses the mark. Food and overall service. The food was VERY bland. We ordered some guacamole and chips by the pool and there was little to no flavor. We did get dinner at the Italian restaurant one night and the food was fresh but still lacking a bit of flavor. The best food item that we got at the pool was the tacos. It appeared that the hotel was understaffed around the pool. We were constantly having to flag someone down as there were often times no one was around. Overall it was a good trip. We were there when a tropical storm was coming through and the hotel was great at communicating with everyone about the storm and precautions in place. I think that it's a great hotel but could work on food and service.

If i could, i would give Las Ventanas 10 stars. This hotel is incredible and the service is top notch. We travelled here to get engaged (complete surprise to my fiancé). The staff at last ventanas helped plan everything ahead of time, and didnt even give a hint that something special was coming. A special shoutout to the romance director Paola Martinez, reservations director Fernando Roland and our suite butler Fernando. Each of them along with their teams found a way to make this stay unforgettably romantic and meaningful. Throughout our stay, we were surprised with thoughtful gifts in our room or at dinner. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing. The food was also amazing. Every single dish we had was a home run. They have several restaurants with the most impressive being Sea Grill in terms of taste. All boast beautiful views. Breakfast is also fantastic with a huge diversity of options. Another beautiful touch are the tree art installations peppered throughout the property. You have to see them in person to appreciate their beauty, but some pictures are included in this review. Last but not least, our room was beautiful. We had a king ocean view junior suite with terrace. Absolutely incredible!! The views of La Plaza and the ocean were breathtaking. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable and provided great sleep. The air conditioning and fans were on-point. The bathrooms were beautiful with a great soaking tub that fits 2 people comfortably. Every day you are also provided complimentary treats from the bakery at the end of your bed. We have both travelled a lot in our lives, and we can both say that Las Ventanas al Paraiso is at the very top of our experiences. We cannot wait to return!

We have stayed at other Ritz Carltons, but this was our first at a Reserve. The resort is immaculately landscaped with beautiful flowers and gardens. The room was spotless and well maintained. We had a large tastefully decorated bedroom with floor to ceiling views of the water (upper level suite) a large closet and dressing area, and huge bathroom with shower, tub, two sinks and another separate extremely large vanity. The room had a minibar with plenty of bottled water, coffee, tea and a small fridge with drinks and snacks for purchase. Our room also came with a private plunge pool and large patio with lots of spacious loungers and table and chairs. (There were some small shades for the loungers, but we would have actually preferred more shade due to the intense sun.) The outside area was private due to well placed walls etc. It actually felt like you were staying in your own private condo overlooking the ocean. The resort has a fitness center with lap pool, family pools and an adults only pool and beach access with attentive staff. The beach was closed for walking while we were there due to a recent storm that passed through a few days before our arrival, and never reopened during our stay. The resort itself showed no evidence of a storm however, with not even a branch or flower out of place. The resort has a beachfront seafood restaurant (closed during our visit), a nice grill restaurant, a lovely open air family style casual restaurant, a coffee bar with desserts, muffins, scones etc, and a beautiful cocktail bar. We ordered room service and the food was delivered promptly by the most delightful staff, and our orders were always perfect, no matter our special requests (not the norm when dining in the states). We visited the spa for a couples massage which was wonderful. We also had an hour in the private spa pool before the massages, and an hour in a private hot tub after the massages. We also scheduled the Savasana Experience (sound room treatment) at the spa, and found it not relaxing for us in the way it was designed (just our opinions). I have seen reviews mentioning that the resort was hilly, but we didn't notice this at all. We normally visit Mexico in the winter, and did find the September temps a little high for us, but did feel lucky that we had sunny days during our entire visit. We have stayed at Los Cabos before and did prefer the quiet more relaxed nature of San Jose del Cabo and Zadun. We never heard other people or noise from any other resorts. The biggest thing that we noticed about this resort however, was how we were treated by staff. We have stayed at many wonderful resorts, but noticed that the Zadun staff really could not have been better. From the drivers, housekeepers, room service and spa staff, restaurant staff and every single staff we ran into during our stay, they were just the friendliest and most helpful and attentive. This is our 3rd visit in the past 3 years and it did not disappoint for a long weekend getaway. The Cape is a small property with incredible views, great food, and outstanding service. We have stayed in different size and locations of rooms and honestly don't feel like there is a bad view. The food at the pool, The Ledge, Manta, and all the other little spots around the property is fresh and good. We love breakfast at The Ledge, the brunch buffet, poolside sushi and the fish tacos can't be beat and the best way to start or end your evening (or both) is at the rooftop bar! The property is small but beautiful, well kept and the location is great to access other areas of Cabo. What really stands out to us is the attentive staff, they really make such an effort and difference in our experience. Fernanda has been our poolside waitress all 3 years and she is amazing! Gustavo also is accommodating and will help with moving your umbrella (all day to chase the shade), fill your ice buckets, and anything you might need.

Todo fantástico. Lo único malo es que no dejan acceder a Uber al recinto y tienes que salir para cogerlo fuera. La alternativa son taxis locales, mucho más caros.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. My wife and I selected Nobu because it is situated outside of town and it seemed like it would be a bit more low-key than some of the other options in the greater Cabo area. We were pleasantly surprised with our selection. It was, indeed, the right choice for us as we were looking for somewhere to relax and reset. We weren’t interested in traditional tourism activities or proximity to the town; just comfortable room, good dining options, and great service in a beautiful, relaxing environment. We succeeded in those things, as the room was great, all the restaurants wherein we dined were fantastic, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. (Note: I’m sure Nobu offers plenty of options for activities, we just did not seek them. Also, we did arrange an Uber to town one afternoon and it was an easy and relatively inexpensive process - roughly $20USD) It was notably windy and could feel cold at times; the temperature of the pools could feel a bit cold too. But during the heat of day, it was quite refreshing to have that breeze and cooler water. Our service by the pool was fantastic, so overall we had a great experience. Admittedly it was a bit of a bummer that the beach area wasn’t really suitable for use during our stay (May 2023). It appears swimming is forbidden or highly discouraged at all times due to the currents, but not sure if the beach itself is more accessible when it is less windy out. Regardless, my wife and I enjoyed our time at Nobu and found our stay to be exactly what we needed to wind down and enjoy ourselves.
