Sitio muy tranquilo se puede ir andando a la playa en cinco minutos tienes la estación de autobuses muy cerca por lo que si te apetece puedes desplazarte con bus fácilmente por la isla . Tiene la ventaja de que al estar un poco alejado es muy fácil descansar y dormir sin ruidos si buscas tranquilidad . En cuanto al apartamento es muy amplio y limpio y la terraza es muy amplia y fantástica . Lo único que destacaría negativo es la posibilidad de que a las ocho de la mañana se permita reservar con toallas las hamacas de la piscina pudiendo ver durante horas las mismas vacías pero obviamente ocupadas ... Deberían poner un poco de orden en relación a esto.

As a family of four this hotel room suited perfectly, very spacious, kitchen fully kitted out for prepping breakfast / snacks, a good grocery store on site. Only downfall 2 cockroaches on the first night in the living room was off putting but didnt see much after that. The location a bit too far from beach for us.

We have stayed at the Reveron several times before and enjoyed it each time. It has been closed for refurbishment and the changes are amazing. The rooms have been updated and now have walk in showers and the bathrooms and rooms have been refurbished to an excellent standard. The pool has also been updated and is great. There were a few things that I am sure were due to only reopening recently but just to mention from a help point of view rather than complaint: The air conditioning was not working the whole time of our stay which was difficult especially at night; the pillows that are now on the beds are the most uncomfortable I have slept on. They have no substance or support; the dining room no longer displays much fresh fruit as they used to eg: no melon slices orange slices, no kiwi, or pineapple slices. Something I have previously loved at breakfast. However, the menu is more varied and very nice. Sadly I was unable to recharge a mobility scooter as the lower floor and garage were still under refurbishment which was a bit difficult. Despite these niggles , and that is all they are we were given as much help as we requested at all times to ensure our stay was a good one. The staff were as friendly and helpful as ever and it is lovely to see the same faces as well as new ones during our stay. We hope to return again next year and I’m sure the work will continue to improve the hotel facilities that are not quite there yet. Thank you for a good stay and all your hard work.

This has been our second time staying at Paradise Park and we have enjoyed both times immensely. Both times we availed of the all inclusive package which makes eating and drinking so much easier. I have coeliac disease but everything in the buffet area is labelled and anything I need or am not sure of then the staff are always willing to help. Gluten free bread etc is available on request. There is always a good variety of salad items which are great for those with allergies and I have been able to eat well and with confidence. There are four pool areas and a few adult only spaces which is nice for those without children to relax. All the staff have been lovely and the hotel is close to the beach and to the centre of Los Cristianos. The hotel is very nice, clean and with nice communal areas. There is entertainment in the evening if that’s something you enjoy or there are a plethora of bars and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again and hope to make it a yearly trip! My family and I stayed at the Sol Arona Hotel for a week, all-inclusive from 29/09 onwards via Jet2 package deal. This was our first family holiday with our two children (6 & 8), and I can honestly say it was an excellent choice and good value for money. Check-in was easy, and the young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful, explaining when food is served and how the drinks tokens worked. Our room was located on the 4th floor, room 407, which was our “Sol room with lounge and frontal sea view.” It indeed had a great view of the harbour and sea, perfect for watching the sunset every evening. First impressions: the room was very spacious and clean. However, it was very hot and did not have AC, just a ceiling fan. After opening the window and the balcony door, the room soon cooled down, and AC didn’t seem necessary after our first night. As we arrived fairly late on Sunday evening and hadn’t eaten since lunch, I expected there would be some food available for us being all-inclusive, but sadly this wasn’t the case. Food is served at set times, so we had to find a shop to buy water and some food, which was slightly annoying after traveling all day. The room could have also used a fridge to store water, but we later found we could fill our water bottles in the dining area or at the bar, so we just did that every evening. The facilities at the Sol Arona were good. As others have said, it could use a bit of a makeover to bring it into 2024, but we had everything we needed to make it a holiday to remember. We had no issues getting sun loungers in the mornings; there were plenty to go around, but I’d guess in the middle of summer that wouldn’t be the case. All the staff were very friendly, I’d like to give Dani and the entertainment ladies a special mention as they really kept our two kids busy with various activities throughout our stay. The food available in the dining area was really nice, a lot better than I was expecting, and there was a large choice each day with cuts of meat and fish cook too order Infront of you. Evening entertainment which we attended most evenings was good, the kids especially liked the magician and acrobats . All in all a really enjoyable holiday, and thanks for having us! Myself and my best friend booked this hotel last minute as our intended hotel was fully booked. As it happens, I am so so glad we did. We had an entire apartment to ourselves, a full kitchen, front room and 2 double beds. it would have slept another 2 people with the pull out sofa bed alongside had we needed too. The pools were heated and the beautiful backdrop of the mountains made it spectacular. Not only that, I think what made this trip special was the staff. Francesca the receptionist made us feel so welcome, the lifeguards were phenomenal and all the catering staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. I enjoyed it so much I have booked it again for 3 months time! Highly recommended
