High Wycombe / Beaconsfield

The location was handy for us just off M40. The site is large with further rooms being built (we was aware of these works before hand). There is not much parking (but at least it is free) work vans were parked in all the disabled bays so we had to park elsewhere, we did mention this to reception and they put signs on the vans. The whole place needs a revamp now looking very tired. We had to change room as the TV was not working, luckily just across the corridor but a pot of a pain. There is no air conditioning so very hot in rooms (was aware in advance). Breakfast was fine, standard offering, but again the restaurant needs total refurbishment (I hate sticky tables!) We will use again due to location and to be fair most PI's are in this condition now.

The worst premier inn we have ever stayed in. Place was so run down, absolutely filthy, not enough parking, food was inedible in the restaurant. I would never use this premier inn again. The only good part of our visit was the guy on reception who was very friendly and polite. Stains on pillows, just overall grim. They put all the breakfast items like bacon into these containers with lids which means everything is cooking away all morning. The bacon, eggs, everything was absolutely solid like it had been there a week. The worst premier inn breakfast or stay we’ve ever had in all our times visiting premier inns. I should note - there is major construction going on at this premier inn but this had no baring whatsoever on our experience. The construction was no problem. It was the existing rooms and restaurant that was the problem.

Not the best , surrounding location for us not ideal its at the top of a steepish hill , car parking not good at all as they have building work going on and the buillders take the parking places between them and the Brewers visitors not much left Brewers next door Grubby

Not had cockroaches in a uk hotel before, so this was a whole new experience. The little guy in the picture appeared as I was cleaning my teeth. The hotel staff didn’t seem to surprised and no refund was given.

I had a 2 night stay here last week. On arrival about 7pm we got the last space in a very busy car park, more spaces are definitely needed. It was self service check in. The bedroom was the usual fair & the weather was warm so it was good to see a high speed fan in the room which worked a treat. The staff we saw in the hotel were very friendly & polite. The food was nice & service good. The Brewers Fayre is apparently closing down in September & what ever goes in there next will hopefully be as good.

Difficulty checking in on the automatic check in. I put my registration number in the computer but still received a fine!! No air-conditioning.

Well Words escape me poor hotel rooms run down with a stale smell. Very poor customer Service from Syed when going to Reception first asking about the Tv just waved me away to get to the person behind me. When explained about the lack of channels and even tried to re tune and asked to move to move room got a flat no. When again said about the channels just said all rooms are the same basically go away. Very poor Tv service only 15 channels no Hd channels even no BBC channels at all apparently the hotel doesn’t have them. That’s what he said £457 for 4 nights room only seriously over priced run down staff rude avoid people.

Christ. If you ever think about going when the temperature is above 25 degrees. I seriously reconsider your choices. This is because the room temperatures feel around double that. No air-con and the facility gives you a little fan that blows the hot air around. My crisp bed is now a swimming pool of sweat. If you want a cheap overnight sauna sesh I hugely recommend this spot. As the entire place is one big sauna, very impressive to be honest. Looking forward to getting out and being able to breathe.

Probably the worst Premier Inn we have stayed in. Rooms were 'tired' and only just clean enough. Very hot and stuffy in the bedroom. No air conditioning. The car park is a shambles. A lot of non guests and tradesmen, even lorries, seem to park in the car park, so Premier Inn guests can not park at the hotel they are staying at. I won't be staying at this Premier Inn again.
