Ulasan Super 8 by Wyndham Louisville Airport

People with crack pipes in parking lot, homeless walking around directly outside, felt very unsafe, holes in walls, shower, moldy ac smell, old tv, no locks on doors, paint on walls chipped, rusted moldy showerheads. Service was not great, felt very uneasy, but decided to try for the night, immediately regretted, switched hotels the next morning at 6am. 0/10 STAY AWAY!

Everything was good, but I would be better. It was clean and good stuff

You need to persevering to get a good room, otherwise they will put you in the barn room.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places but this was probably the worst. No mini fridge or microwave. Very small bathrooms. Room wasn’t clean and sheets were stained. Building is locked down, you can only come in and out through the front lobby or else alarm is set. Questionable people sitting outside. I’ve stayed at way better for cheaper

Check In was very easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure for another stay.

The staff was very friendly. Easy check in and check out. The Beds were comfortable. The building was older. The Only complaint I have was our room was facing the road, which is great except it sounded like drag racing at night besides that it was good. They had waffles for breakfast. I'd stay there again!

The people were great very kind and helpful, so for that I’d give a star. The place got the job done, pillows, bed, blanket, A/C, etc. The price was one of the cheapest in town so that’s the service I was going to get. Toilet wouldn’t flush, remote covered in white residue?, no microwaves in rooms had to use one in kitchen that wouldn’t spin and had roaches in it. Room smelled like cigarettes. Half of the parking was closed/blocked off. Bless the employees.

Everybody staff there is rude and disrespectful. The guy checking in was very disrespectful. Yelling and cussing gave me two key cards that did not work. Tell me it was my fault. I did not know how to use them. The woman at the breakfast area. I was yelling because my kids wanted a banana to take to the room and she was yelling at them telling him they can’t take it out of The Break room

This hotel was a big disappointment. With the name Wyndham attached, I expected much better. Room cleaned only one during 4 night stay. On the 3rd day, a guest opened our door. He had been assigned to our room and given a key! Never stay on this hotel!

This hotel is unclean. Floors are sticky. They lie and cheat. They failed to give a receipt and required cash and upped the price to $100 when the site clearly says $60 to $70. Don’t stay. The staff is unfriendly and do not respect a person’s privacy.

You get what you pay for or no wonder it was only 7500 points. Hopefully you have hobo stab insurance. What mattress it was more like a box spring. Two flat pillows the size of throw pillows you would find on a couch. You would think after being up at 6am and working 5 hrs then driving 12 hrs you could sleep anywhere and pass out. Couldn’t fall asleep for another hour on that bed and only slept 5 hrs at best. So uncomfortable I just got up and continued the drive despite being tired as hell. Didn’t even want to see how breakfast was I could already imagine it was crap by how the room was. Want to charge $60 cash for incidentals (they waved it for me I refused to pay it), like how would they know what was not already broken. (See pics) The only good thing and it was actually great was the water pressure in the shower.

Roaches in the rooms, terrible service asked for new sheets and was never given. Did not feel safe while I was staying there. At least a two inch gap at the bottom of my room door. Always people in the parking lot.
