Would not recommend this hotel is bad as hell Disappointing Stay at Hotel Panorama
I am writing this review to share my recent, highly
disappointing experience at Hotel Panorama. Unfortunately, the stay fell far short of expectations, and I would struggle to recommend this property to others.
Key Issues Encountered:
Significant Infrastructure Problems: The hotel only has one elevator for the entire building. This led to frustratingly long wait times, making it incredibly inconvenient to move between floors, especially during peak hours.
Booking Discrepancies: We had specifically booked a single room for our stay. Upon arrival, we were inexplicably given two separate rooms. This required unnecessary back-and-forth and wasted time to rectify the mistake.
Poor Room Quality: The room situation was particularly frustrating. They initially showed us a "family room" that was still technically under maintenance/in operation (with obvious signs of ongoing work), which was unacceptable. When we were finally moved to another room, the quality was poor, showing clear signs of neglect and a lack of cleanliness.
Overall, the lack of organization and the poor state of the facilities made for a very stressful visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as there is significant room for improvement in both their service standards and room maintenance.
